About the role:   
Talkiatry’s Marketing team is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead our paid acquisition strategy across all channels. Reporting to our VP of Growth Marketing, this role will be a high-visibility role frequently collaborating with Product, Finance, Data, and Creative. This role will also be responsible for managing our marketing agencies and vendors, ensuring we have the resources needed to execute on acquisition targets for 2024 and beyond.   
You will:    
  • Lead patient acquisition strategy across all online & offline marketing channels, driving a direct and measurable impact on business goals   
  • Partner with Data team to evolve measurement strategy and growth analytics, including but not limited to MTA, incrementality testing, multivariate experiments, and predictive LTV modeling   
  • Oversee budget planning and forecasting, including establishing KPIs and targets in partnership with Finance   
  • Oversee cross-channel creative testing, collaborating with Talkiatry’s internal creative team as well as our agency partners   
  • Lead relationship with Talkiatry’s performance marketing agency & media planning agency   
Desired Competencies:    
  • Supports decision-making with data and pulls impactful qualitative insights from large data sets    
  • You can balance multiple stakeholders needs and effectively communicate with your stakeholders throughout the project lifespan    
  • Able to make decisions and build strategies in a start-up environment     
  • Expert with Excel functions and modeling   
You have:   
  • 7+ years leading acquisition marketing for rapidly growing brands   
  • Proven track record of strong cross-functional partnerships with technology and finance teams   
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and a history of effectively communicating and collaborating with executive stakeholders.   
  • Experience leveraging A/B and multivariate testing to optimize and continuously improve channel performance   
  • Analytical approach to performance marketing and decision making   
  • In-depth understanding of the marketing funnel and the roles different channels play within the acquisition journey

  • Compensation range for this position is $190,000, and up to a 15% performance bonus, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
