Talkiatry is seeking a proven, data-driven VP Growth Marketing to lead paid patient acquisition, lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization and organic growth. As the VP Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact strategies that deliver measurable, efficient and scalable growth across multiple channels. This role demands a blend of creative, analytical, and technical skills, combined with a deep understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, customer behavior, and guarding patient privacy. 
 
The VP Growth Marketing will collaborate closely with the C-suite, Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives. Your focus will be on optimizing the entire customer lifecycle and ensuring that our marketing efforts drive sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of protecting patient health information.

You will:

  • Develop and lead multi-channel growth strategies to achieve key business objectives and drive company-wide growth initiatives. 
  • Oversee the growth funnel from traffic development, patient intake, appointment booking to first visit completion -- leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance at each stage. 
  • Lead and mentor a growth marketing team of high performers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 
  • Manage a large marketing budget effectively, optimizing allocation across test and growth channels effectively. 
  • Collaborate with the executive team, Product, Sales, and Customer Success departments to create cohesive, cross-functional growth strategies. 
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across channels and campaigns to maximize ROI. 
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives, using KPIs. Experience with SQL, Python or similar query language is a plus. 
  • Implement continuous testing and iteration of strategies to enhance conversion rates, customer retention, and lifetime value. 
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with strict user privacy standards and protect patient health information. 
  • Develop ad creative that is not only effective but also empathetic and respectful, especially in the context of mental health audiences. 

You have:

  • Bachelors degree or relevant experience 
  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. 
  • Proven track record of driving significant growth through digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, out of home, email, etc.). 
  • Strong analytical skills, with a high level of proficiency in SQL, Python, and the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). 
  • Extensive experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer segmentation. 
  • Demonstrated success in a high-growth startup environment or a fast-paced corporate setting. 
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms. 
  • Passionate about creating impactful customer experiences and driving meaningful growth. 
  • Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries, with a focus on maintaining user privacy and protecting patient health information, is highly desirable.

Compensation range for this position is$200,000 to $275,000, and up to a 20% performance bonus, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
