Talkiatry is seeking an experienced and strategic VP Product Marketing & Audience Marketing to lead our efforts in go to market, research, positioning and marketing campaigns in the telehealth psychiatry and mental health space. This role is integral to shaping our brand’s narrative, owning the voice of the customer, and crafting go-to-market strategies that resonate deeply with our key audience segments.

You will:

  • Develop and implement audience-specific marketing strategies and positioning that resonate with our key segments, including patients, clinicians, health systems, and mental health partners.  
  • Own the voice of the customer by conducting and synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative research, ensuring that patient, clinician, and insights are at the heart of our marketing and product strategies.  
  • Monitor market trends, patient feedback, and competitive activity to continuously refine and evolve our audience strategies and positioning.  
  • Roll up your sleeves and help lead the launch of new telehealth services and marketing campaigns Enable our patient-facing and provider-facing teams to improve service delivery efficiency through impactful enablement programs and training.  
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to execute campaigns that drive patient acquisition, provider engagement, referrals from external care providers, employer brand.  
  • Be a strategic partner to the Referrals team, creating collateral, assets, and concise positioning for our Health systems partners.  
  • Be a strategic partner to the Product team and contribute to the future of Talkiatry with your expertise in the healthcare market, industry regulations, competitors, and patient needs.  
  • Be a strategic partner to our Employer brand team and support recruitment marketing to Psychiatrists and Therapists at all experiences.  
  • Hire and coach a small team of product marketers; lead with a passion for learning, development, and patient-centric innovation.  
  • Help us build a strong Product Marketing team culture and processes—whether through better ways to measure success, improve communication, share insights, plan cross-functionally, and more.  

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, psychology, or a related field  
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.  
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a high-growth environment, preferably within the healthcare or mental health sector.  
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and customer engagement.  
  • Preferred experience in healthcare or a highly regulated industry, with a focus on maintaining user privacy and protecting patient health information.  
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and customer analytics platforms.  
  • Passionate about improving mental health care and making a positive impact on people’s lives.

Compensation range for this position is $250,000 to $300,000, and up to a 20% performance bonus, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
