Brooke Crosley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State(s) of Missouri, Texas and South Dakota. She has over 15 years of experience serving the needs of individuals, families, and children who are from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Her experience includes, but is not limited to assisting individuals with managing workplace stress, ADHD related behaviors, sexual abuse, relationship issues, trauma, depression, body dysmorphia and substance use/abuse.

Brooke has worked in various human service capabilities such as a Juvenile lock down facility, Special Therapeutic Group Home, and worked 7 years in behavioral healthcare management; whereas, she played a key role in determining all levels of mental health, substance abuse, and eating disorder care that would best support individuals of all ages.

Brooke is experienced in many counseling techniques and has a therapeutic style that is, open-minded, compassionate. She recognizes that each person has their own individual needs. Her therapeutic approach focuses on encouraging and assisting individuals to develop perseverance, become more flexible, and increase their self-worth through evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Client-Based Therapy.
