Dr. Barot is board certified in Adult psychiatry and Board eligible in Child and Adolescent psychiatry. He has practiced in a variety of settings both inpatient and outpatient encompassing both rural and urban populations.

Dr. Barot completed his undergraduate studies at Georgia State University where he majored in Biology. He received both his masters and medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine - GA Campus. He then went on to complete his adult psychiatry residency at White County Medical Center in Searcy, AR where he served as junior chief. Dr. Barot's passion working with the younger population led to him completing his child & adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Cleveland Clinic where he served as Academic Chief. He has a wide range of experience in depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders, and ADHD. Dr. Barot’s approach is holistic, collaborative, supportive, and patient centered.

Dr. Barot enjoys helping individuals from all walks of life. He does have penchant working with adolescent that struggle with ADHD, mood, and anxiety disorders. Having training working with child and adolescent population, Dr. Barot is well versed in helping those navigate developmental transition during young adulthood.
