Dr. Peng Pang is a double-board psychiatrist who treats child and adolescent and adult populations in New York City. She completed her residency training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship training at Boston Children's Hospital, MA. Dr. Pang serves patients for a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD and attention problems, mood disorders. She works together with patients and their family members to set up individual treatment goals and plans for each patient, taking into consideration of the patient's developmental characteristics, life stages, individual resilience, and cultural strength.
She employs behavioral and cognitive therapy, with a holistic approach of family and community systems for children and elderly patients who can benefit from the support.
