Dr. Dube is a board-certified Adult Psychiatrist, starting her post-graduate practice with Talkiatry. After receiving her undergraduate degree at UC Santa Barbara, she completed her medical degree from University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. She is a recent graduate from the Adult Psychiatry Residency at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

Dr. Dube understands that building a strong therapeutic relationship with her patients, based on mutual trust and respect, is incredibly important to helping her patients work towards their greatest potential. She enjoys taking time to understand her patient’s individual goals, offering psycho-education, and then creating a collaborative plan for treatment with the patient. Dr. Dube often uses a multi-modal approach to mental health treatment, including medication management, supportive and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, as well as mind-body medicine techniques. She utilizes referrals to therapists to enhance collaborative care and management of illness.

She has experience working with diverse patient populations and psychiatric illnesses. Her training has included work with veteran and active duty military personnel populations, women’s health, LGBTQ+ population, young-adult populations, as well as populations from different socioeconomic backgrounds. Dr. Dube has focused her treatments in practice on depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma related illness. She especially enjoys working with adults experiencing life transition.
