How does Talkiatry handle privacy?

We are serious about protecting your personal data and we do everything we can to keep your private information private—both when you are a patient with us, and after you leave our practice. The information we collect generally falls into two categories:

Medical information

As a medical practice, we hold ourselves to incredibly high standards when safeguarding your medical records and information. We are HIPAA compliant and never share any information without your permission unless required to by law. You can learn more about HIPAA here.
