You will:

  • Develop and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines to support efficient reporting and analytics using tools such as Snowflake, dbt, AWS, Fivetran, and Omni.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, insightful data solutions.
  • Conduct deep dives and help identify actionable insights that support business decision-making.
  • Assist in the execution and basic analysis of A/B testing, contributing to experimental design and interpretation.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Clearly document analysis, methodologies, and results for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior analysts by reviewing their work, providing feedback, and fostering technical growth.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Analyst, or equivalent role.
  • Proficient in writing efficient and complex SQL queries.
  • Solid experience with data modeling concepts and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with dbt.
  • Competent in at least one BI visualization tool (Omni, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Basic experience or exposure to A/B testing and experimental analysis.
  • Understanding or previous exposure to healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings clearly to business stakeholders.

Compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
