Talkiatry is seeking a Business Analyst, Patient Growth, who will be a critical partner in bringing analytical rigor to the marketing organization, working closely with executives and operational teams. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, Marketing Strategy, this role will focus on patient growth across acquisition to retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing dashboards, reporting, marketplace analysis, experiment design, growth accounting, and creating a holistic view of the patient lifecycle across various touchpoints.

You will:

  • Measurement & Reporting: Build frameworks to track the patient lifecycle from acquisition and activation to retention and discharge. Develop operating and executive-facing dashboards to monitor KPIs.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze workflows to identify risks and opportunities to improve marketplace dynamics and resource allocation from the marketing team.
  • Opportunity sizing and market research: Conduct competitor research to understand industry comparables, benchmarks to identify and prioritize growth opportunities for the marketing team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data, finance and product teams to solve complex problems and deliver insights that drive decision-making.
  • Leadership & Communication: Present insights to senior executives and founders, focusing on patient acquisition and media spend impact.  

You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or relevant quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business operations, consulting, investment banking, product analytics, marketing analytics, strategic finance or data science
  • 3+ years of experience and expertise in SQL or related database languages (Snowflake, Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)
  • 1+ years of business or financial analysis experience using Excel (VBA, pivot tables, power pivots)
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot, Omni).
  • Experience in experiment design, statistical concepts like causal inference and tests of significance

Compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000, and up to a 10% performance bonus, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.

Clinical Operations Coordinator

As a Clinical Operations Coordinator at Talkiatry, you will partner with our Clinical and Operational leaders (dyad leadership team) to drive clinician satisfaction and operational excellence. Your primary focus is on providing excellent experience for our clinicians by fielding, responding, and/or escalating questions that arise in their day-to-day practice.  

In addition, you will coordinate key operational processes such as provider preferences, clinician time-off, clinician pre-ramp preparation, and clinician offboarding. General Manager, Director of Operations – Psychiatry

We are seeking a General Manager (GM) / Director of Operations to own and oversee the day-to-day activities for a team of clinicians. This role will have control over the supply and demand sides of our business to find the sweet spot between provider flexibility and operational efficiency.
