At Talkiatry, we believe clinicians are at the heart of high-quality mental health care. As the Director of Clinician Enablement, you will redefine what it means to support clinicians in modern mental healthcare in the telehealth space. You’ll lead the programs and systems that empower our psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists to thrive—from their first day onward. Your mission is to make every clinician’s journey seamless, supported, and inspired, so they can focus on what matters most: patient care.
You’ll design smarter systems, automate the administrative noise, and build trust with clinicians as you lead them into a more connected, tech-enabled future. You’ll be the bridge between frontline insights and strategic action - turning every day challenges into opportunities for innovation, automation, and excellence.
This is not a maintenance role. It’s a chance to reimagine how clinicians are onboarded, supported, and celebrated at scale, shaping the foundation for long-term clinician retention and satisfaction.
About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.
60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.
