About the Role:
We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to shape and scale Talkiatry’s growth through our referral program. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, this leader defines how Talkiatry positions, packages, and engages referring providers, health systems, and strategic partners — ultimately driving patient referrals.

You’ll combine strategic insight with strong execution, developing go-to-market plans for referred patients and partner-facing programs to make Talkiatry the preferred mental health partner across the healthcare ecosystem.

About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.

60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome.   With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.

You will:

  • Own the marketing strategy for Talkiatry’s referrals business: Define the roadmap, target segments, and success metrics for all marketing initiatives for the growth channel.
  • Develop Partner and Market Positioning: Lead insight-driven messaging and positioning efforts that differentiate Talkiatry to health systems and referring clinicians.
  • Lead Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans that support new partnership rollouts, product launches, and campaigns aimed at driving referral volume and partner engagement.
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with partnerships, account management, marketing, and creative teams on GTM playbooks to scale new partner onboarding.
  • Optimize Performance: Track and analyze KPIs such as product adoption, patient visit conversion rate, and referral funnel metrics.
  • Enable Partner Success: Create scalable marketing tools, onboarding resources, and communications that empower partnerships and account management teams to drive growth.
  • Evaluate and manage external agencies and vendors: Scale Talkiatry’s in-house capabilities with external expertise to increase GTM velocity. You’ll source, assess, and manage 3rd-party partners to help conduct foundational research.

You have:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record driving growth through partnerships, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or a B2B2C model.
  • Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, messaging, and campaign execution—from strategic planning to on-the-ground delivery.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing across marketing, product, sales, and operations.
  • Experience evaluating and managing external research vendors and agencies
  • Analytical mindset and experience managing marketing performance metrics tied to revenue and pipeline.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
  • A passion for expanding access to high-quality mental healthcare.

Senior Manager, Operational Programs – Visit Optimization

New York, NY
About the Role:
At Talkiatry, we believe every clinical visit is an opportunity — for insight, connection, and better care. As the Senior Manager of Operational Programs, you will architect how those moments happen.
Your mission: to make every clinician encounter more efficient, insightful, and impactful — for the patient, the provider, and the business.

You’ll own our Visit Optimization initiatives, the critical function driving operational excellence across our clinical experience.
