- Manage agencies, freelancers, and content partners by setting direction, reviewing output, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide organizational-wide visibility into the performance organic channels.
- Lead cross-functional content strategy, ensuring topical authority and brand trustworthiness, and develop landing pages and user experiences that convert.
- Analyze patient discovery and decision-making journeys to continuously improve how prospective patients find and evaluate Talkiatry.
- Monitor performance and evolving trends across Google, GenAI tools, social/video platforms, and healthcare provider directories, adjusting strategies based on platform evolution and competitive behavior.
- Advocate for site-level and technical SEO priorities, working with internal or external resources (without owning direct implementation yourself).
- Travel occasionally to New York, Los Angeles, and relevant SEO industry events, as needed.
You have:

- 7-10 years of growth marketing experience, with at least 3+ years of SEO experience and accountability for growth metrics such as customer acquisition, activation etc.

- Demonstrated ability to tie SEO work to business outcomes—patient leads, qualified traffic, or conversions.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, and other core SEO platforms.
