As the Sr. Associate, Strategic Finance at Talkiatry, you will be at the forefront of driving our financial strategy and ensuring our continued growth and success. You will have the unique opportunity to partner across the organization to drive strategic decision-making by leveraging data and analysis. This role demands a highly analytical and strategic thinker who can rapidly dissect complex quantitative problems and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

You will:

  • Collaborate with functional business leaders across the organization to drive strategy and operational rigor within Talkiatry’s revenue growth pillars.
  • Build financial forecasts and targets, track performance, and analyze deviations from actuals to provide insights into financial health of revenue growth pillars.
  • Continually improve the accuracy of forecasts through a deep understanding of business performance and drivers.
  • Leverage financial and operational data to evaluate new business opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership teams.
  • Define, track and monitor metrics and key performance indicators; partner with the Data team to develop tools and dashboards to make these metrics widely accessible across Talkiatry.
  • Support and lead various financial work streams including the month end close process, Board materials, investor reporting, and fundraising activities.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally in a mix of financial services (Investment Banking / Private Equity) and highly analytical roles at a fast-growing company (Strategic Finance / Strategy & Ops / BizOps).
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills: You possess exceptional analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency & SQL proficiency, with a proven ability to digest large amounts of data and focus on the most important details.
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills: You have a strong analytical mindset with expert financial modeling abilities and can effectively translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and financial plans.
  • Work Standards: You value precision and accuracy in your work and can rapidly dissect complex quantitative problems.
  • Building Trust: You have a proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and interact with others in a way that instills confidence in your intentions and those of the organization.

Compensation range for this position is $140,000 and up to a 15% performance bonus, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.

Associate Corporate Counsel

We are looking for the position of In-house counsel who will report to the Chief of Compliance and Legal. This individual will provide legal advice, support, and oversight on a variety of healthcare-related matters, including general business operations and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The position will particularly focus on contract preparation, negotiation, and review in areas such as managed care, procurement of services, and employment.
