We are looking for a Sr. Data Scientist to join our growing Data team in our Product organization. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad scope across product insights, experimentation, modeling and applied analytics. In this role, you will partner closely with field leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, optimize provider engagement, and deliver the insights and tools that enable consistent, scalable revenue growth.
You’ll combine analytical rigor, strong business judgment, and a bias for action to identify what drives performance, uncover growth opportunities, and build the workflows and processes that help our teams win. One moment you’ll be diving into performance data to surface early indicators and trends that guide where we focus, and the next you’ll be leading a territory performance review with executive leadership or partnering with a field rep to test a new approach.
