What’s available in the new patient portal beta? 
Is there a cost to my health system?
We recommend continuing to use Healow as your primary portal for all current care needs for now.
With our patient portal beta, you can schedule visits, manage prescriptions, view lab results and other documents, and join your virtual visits. Future versions will include additional functionality, like secure messaging.
You can access both the web and app versions of the patient portal beta with your login.
What’s happening to the current patient portal (Healow)? 
Is there a cost to my health system?
Nothing yet. You can continue using Healow as your primary portal for your current care needs.
Appointment scheduling will continue to work as it does today through Talkiatry’s web portal. The new Talkiatry patient portal beta simply gives you additional optional features you can start using now if you’d like. You can switch between Healow and our patient portal at any time.
Eventually, all services will move to our native patient portal. We’ll share reminders and clear instructions well before that change happens later this year. In the meantime, there is no impact to your care, existing appointments, or medical records.
