Lauren Broderick, MD

Dr. Debrey is board-certified in adult psychiatry. Her approach is client-centered, individualized, and collaborative. She focuses on building a strong therapeutic alliance with each client to work towards achieving enhanced functioning and meaning in their lives. She works with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression and other mood concerns, bipolar spectrum illnesses, OCD, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and substance use disorders. Though she specializes in medication management, she believes in an integrative and comprehensive treatment program that incorporates multiple aspects of an individual's health and wellness. Along with discussing physical health concerns, diet, exercise, personal connection, and stress management, she incorporates various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness, into her work. In some instances, Dr. Debrey may recommend more intensive psychotherapy with a collaborating therapist in order to help facilitate the best care possible. Dr. Debrey received her medical degree from Rush Medical College. She also holds a graduate degree in epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Following medical school, she completed her residency in psychiatry at Emory University School of Medicine. During her final year of residency, she served as chief resident at Grady Memorial Hospital. Prior to joining Talkiatry, Dr. Debrey was an assistant professor at Emory University Department of Psychiatry, where she worked as an attending psychiatrist at Grady Behavioral Health. While at Grady, Dr. Debrey worked primarily as a community psychiatrist with a focus on working with individuals experiencing psychosis. She also frequently worked on the inpatient psychiatry service at Grady. As an Emory faculty member, teaching and mentorship were an especially meaningful part of her work.‍

Dr. Roxanne McClung is completing her General Psychiatry Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler, where she serves as Chief Resident. She earned her MD from the American University of the Caribbean and holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas at Tyler and a BA in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, she has worked as a case manager, psychotherapist, and program/clinical director.

Dr. McClung is passionate about helping people through life’s challenges. She creates a non-judgmental, patient-centered environment that fosters open communication and collaboration. She emphasizes individualized care and integrates lifestyle medicine and psychotherapy, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.

Dr. McClung begins with a thorough assessment to understand each patient’s history, concerns, and goals. She works collaboratively to create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication and evidence-based therapy. Her approach ensures clarity, respect, and patient involvement throughout the process.

Dr. Jeffrey Seley is board certified in adult psychiatry. He has been in practice for over 21 years. Dr. Seley's practice focuses on medication management in conjunction with supportive therapy and psychoeducation in 20-30 minute follow-up visits. At times, Dr. Seley may recommend additional therapy and ask that you bring another therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome. Dr. Seley graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. degree in psychology. He received his medical degree from the University of South Florida and completed his residency at New York University and its affiliated hospitals, including Tisch and Lenox Hill, where he served as chief resident. He has worked for over twenty years in private practice and at a large community hospital in Pennsylvania. His extensive hospital experience kept him sharply focused on the connection between medical issues and mental health presentations. Dr. Seley brings to his patients over twenty years of experience in general adult psychiatry treating a wide variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, addiction, and geriatric issues. His treatment philosophy stresses the importance of being responsive, compassionate, and kind. He sees his work as the enhancement of hope.

Dr. Govalla is an adult psychiatrist who completed her training at George Washington University and earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. She is deeply passionate about global mental health and is dedicated to educating her community.

Dr. Govalla values professionalism, honesty, and shared decision-making, using these principles to guide her evidence-based approach to care.

Her process is rooted in understanding each patient as a whole person—not just a diagnosis. She considers a patient’s history, environment, relationships, and personal journey to provide practical, individualized support that empowers them to reach their goals.

Dr. Jennifer Hailey is a board-certified psychiatrist in Psychiatry. She completed her undergraduate training at Michigan State University followed by medical school at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has completed a residency in psychiatry at Michigan State University. Dr. Hailey has worked in many different settings including private hospitals, jails, military treatment facilities and private practice. She enjoys educating her fellow providers who specialize in psychiatry as well as other areas of medicine. She has a genuine interest in treating a vast array of psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorders, obsessive compulsive and personality disorders. She also has experience in treating patients with medical comorbidities and has training in issues related to women's health.

Dr. Carmen Orellana is a Staff Psychiatrist at Talkiatry who has been in practice for over 6 years, both in the U.S. and abroad. She is double board-certified in child and adolescent psychiatry and adult psychiatry. Dr. Orellana's practice focuses on medication management. She strives to provide exceptional medical care and has extensive experience in treating persons with diverse behavioral disorders and backgrounds. Dr.Orellana involves her patients in all decisions about their health, and provides care that is respectful of patient preferences, needs, and values. Typically, she would recommend evidence-based treatments to her patients and may, occasionally, believe that concurrent therapy is also needed. She would ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome. Dr.Orellana received her medical degree from Universidad Evang�lica de El Salvador. Dr. Orellana completed a residency in Psychiatry and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the Southern University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois. After completing her training, Dr. Orellana remained in the school, where she worked as an Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, supervising and teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and treating patients with various psychiatric conditions. Dr. Orellana has experience in treating treatment-resistant mood disorders with electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).‍
