About the Role: 
We’re looking for a Director of Partner Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution that fuels Talkiatry’s growth through referrals. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, this leader will own how we drive awareness, engagement, and conversion among referring providers and health system administrators. 
 
You’ll shape and scale our demand generation engine—creating content, campaigns, and experiences that attract and activate referral sources, drive retention, and position Talkiatry as the partner of choice in mental healthcare. This position will play a critical role in driving the content strategy for referrals, including field collateral and digital content. 
 
This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role: you’ll develop the roadmap, manage vendors, and stand-up marketing initiatives that grow Talkiatry’s referral pipeline and deepen partner engagement.

You will:

  • Lead Demand Generation for Referrals: Build and execute integrated marketing programs that generate partnerships leads and drive referral volume across channels—including email, paid media, SEO, webinars, events, and nurture campaigns. 
  • Develop and Scale Content Marketing: Own the partner-facing content strategy—from thought leadership and case studies to campaigns and field enablement materials. Use content to educate, engage, and convert referral partners. 
  • Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with partnerships, account management, marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across every partner touchpoint. 
  • Optimize Performance: Track and analyze KPIs such as referral engagement, account penetration, and marketing-sourced referrals. Use insights to refine messaging, content, and GTM strategy. 
  • Enable Partner Success: Create scalable marketing tools, onboarding resources, and communications that empower partnerships and account management teams to drive growth. 
  • Evaluate and Manage External Agencies and Vendors: Scale Talkiatry’s in-house capabilities with external expertise to increase GTM velocity. You’ll source, assess, and manage 3rd-party partners to scale content and demand generation capabilities. 

You have:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in demand generation, content marketing, or partner marketing with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven success executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and partner engagement. 
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing across marketing, product, sales, and operations. 
  • Experience evaluating and managing external vendors and agencies (e.g., creative, media, digital, or content partners) to ensure high-quality execution and ROI. 
  • Analytical mindset and experience managing marketing performance metrics tied to demand generation and pipeline growth. 
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively. 
  • A passion for expanding access to high-quality mental healthcare.

Compensation range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000, and up to a 15% performance bonus, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
