Talkiatry is seeking a collaborative and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our growing corporate teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR career while gaining exposure to strategic HR initiatives in a high-growth environment.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior HRBP for Corporate Functions to support key People programs such as performance management, employee engagement, talent planning, and manager enablement. You'll play an integral role in day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and process improvement initiatives across all Corporate Functions.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior HR leadership, contribute to meaningful projects, and build foundational experience in strategic HR business partnering.
About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.
60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.
You will:
- Partner with Senior HRBP and HR Operations to support corporate teams across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of key HR programs such as:
- Mid-year and year-end performance check-ins
- Talent planning and calibration
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Manager development and enablement programs
- Help analyze HR data to provide insights on employee relations, performance, retention, and compensation to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with managers to address and resolve conflicts, promote open communication, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Support employee communications and change management efforts related to HR programs.
- Provide day-to-day support to managers and employees, escalating complex issues to the Senior HRBP as needed.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a scaling organization, ideally in a generalist or HRBP capacity.
- Proficient in ADP, HRIS systems, Lattice, MS Office and Google suites.
- Experience working closely with teams in a remote setting, healthcare/telehealth a plus.
- Strong communicator, organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on approach.
