We are seeking a motivated, field-based Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships to expand market presence and build trusted, long-term relationships with our enterprise health system partners. This is an external-facing, territory-based, quota carrying role – ideal for self-starters who thrive on face-to-face engagement, are motivated by results, and excel at building partnerships in the field. Your primary focus will be launching new partnerships and ensuring existing relationships remain active, engaged, and high-performing over time.

Talkiatry is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our growing team. Product Marketing at Talkiatry serves three core functions: (1) Own the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market of Talkiatry’s clinical services as well as patient-facing product. (2) Coordinate the execution of patient launches with teams across Talkiatry. (3) Own the research and represent the voice of the customer for each of our key audiences, with this role serving as the marketing team’s liaison across the organization for patient marketing.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for significantly increasing patient acquisition by expanding Talkiatry’s discoverability and authority across traditional and emerging search platforms—including Google, ChatGPT, video search, social platforms, and provider directories (e.g. Psychology Today, WebMD).
