Senior Marketing Operations Manager
Talkiatry is looking for a forward-thinking Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead the strategic evolution of our lifecycle marketing operations and infrastructure. You’ll play a pivotal role in building intelligent, scalable systems that ensure patients receive personalized, timely, and impactful communication across every step of their healthcare journey.
In this role, you’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy and be responsible for optimizing our marketing operations ecosystem—from defining automation workflows and shaping data architecture to advanced experimentation and reporting. You'll actively help in building the future of marketing at Talkiatry by integrating cutting-edge AI tools, setting best practices, and driving operational excellence across the marketing funnel.
You’ll serve as both an executional leader and a strategic partner, collaborating with Lifecycle Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering to power campaigns that are precise, personalized, and results-driven.
About Talkiatry:
Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.
60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.
Senior Product Marketing Manager
Talkiatry is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Product Marketing at Talkiatry serves two functions: (1) Own the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market of Talkiatry’s clinical services as well as patient-facing product. (2) Own the research and represent the voice of the customer for each of our key audiences, serving as the marketing team’s liaison across the organization for Patient marketing.
This strategic role will focus on enhancing the patient experience through impactful product launches, clinical updates, and brand initiatives. You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies that communicate the value of Talkiatry’s innovative mental health offerings directly to patients, improving engagement and satisfaction.
