Associate Corporate Counsel

We are looking for the position of In-house counsel who will report to the Chief of Compliance and Legal. This individual will provide legal advice, support, and oversight on a variety of healthcare-related matters, including general business operations and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The position will particularly focus on contract preparation, negotiation, and review in areas such as managed care, procurement of services, and employment. The role will at times involve advising on the full range of corporate law and includes developing the contract management system with playbooks to introduce automation and visibility to reduce risk in this area. 
 
The preferred candidate should possess at least three years of healthcare experience in laws related to data privacy, data security, Anti-Kickback, Self-Referral, Controlled Substances, as well as telemedicine laws. A working knowledge of FDA regulations would be advantageous.

Talkiatry is seeking an addition to our psychiatry leadership team as we grow our footprint across the country.

Increasing access to high quality psychiatric care is why Talkiatry exists.  We knew that to accomplish our mission we needed to begin by building the ideal practice for psychiatrists. Founded in April 2020, Talkiatry has been built from the ground up by psychiatrists. We have rapidly grown to a team of over 700 clinicians mostly comprised of board-certified Psychiatrists hailing from the top training programs across the country.

As Chief Psychiatrist, you will provide clinical leadership and support hiring, clinician engagement, mentorship, and supervise care delivery of a team of Psychiatrists. This dynamic role combines administrative and leadership duties with clinical care. The Chief Psychiatrist carries a reduced panel of patients to provide administrative time for leadership – a maximum 10% of your time may be dedicated to patient care.

The Chief Psychiatrist is responsible for preserving the practice flexibility our psychiatrists value while supporting organizational norms, practice standards, and efficiency. Credentialing Lead – Delegated Payer Audits

We are seeking a Credentialing Lead – Delegated Payor Audits to strengthen our delegated credentialing program and ensure we remain in full compliance with accreditation standards and payor-specific contractual requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting quarterly payor audits, reinforcing quality across the credentialing lifecycle, and maintaining the documentation that demonstrates our adherence to delegation agreements — including internal policies, procedures, and credentialing file evidence.
You’ll work closely with the Credentialing Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, ClinOps, Clinical Leadership, Payer Relations, and HR to prepare, track, and submit audit-ready materials. While this is not a people management role, it serves as a subject matter expert on delegated credentialing and provides backup QA support to the Credentialing Operations Lead when needed.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for significantly increasing patient acquisition by expanding Talkiatry’s discoverability and authority across traditional and emerging search platforms—including Google, ChatGPT, video search, social platforms, and provider directories (e.g. Psychology Today, WebMD). As you build on and grow our SEO foundation, this role also has the opportunity to identify and expand into broader organic growth channels.

Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you’ll act as the central orchestrator of our SEO strategy: setting priorities, managing external partners, and ensuring performance translates into real business outcomes. Your success will be measured not by traffic, but by how effectively we guide prospective patients to discover and choose Talkiatry via organic channels.  

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Growth, Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Clinical, while managing freelance and agency contributors across content and technical SEO. With a rapidly scaling base of 600+ healthcare providers and a strong foundation of clinically authoritative content, this is an opportunity for someone who sees SEO as a growth lever, not as a channel for vanity metrics.

This is not a technical or IC-level SEO role. You won’t be debugging JavaScript or configuring hreflang tags. Instead, we’re looking for someone who can set vision, solve ambiguous problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and hold yourself and others accountable for execution. You’ll help define the playbook for how patients find and choose their mental health care in a constantly evolving discovery landscape.
