Alexis Kropf, MD

Dr. Steven Wilkening is a board-certified adult psychiatrist.He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at Cornell University followed by a neuroscience researchfocused Masters degree at the University of Mississippi. He then attended medical school at theUniversity of Mississippi School of Medicine, graduating with his MD degree as a Medical StudentResearch Scholar and member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed adultpsychiatry residency training at the University of Cincinnati and has since been working primarily intelepsychiatry.He has experience treating a wide variety of psychiatric conditions and also recognizes that lifestylefactors such as sleep, physical activity and stress-reduction are foundations of good mental health.Alongside medication management, he provides brief supportive psychotherapy, psychoeducation, aswell as elements of cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapies to assist patients in meetingtheir goals. He often encourages patients to see a therapist in addition to a psychiatrist.

Daniel Ebert, MD, earned his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and completed his psychiatry residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital. He has served on the faculty at Harvard Medical School and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine for over 15 years. Board certified in psychiatry by the American College of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Ebert has extensive experience treating mood, anxiety, psychotic, and substance use disorders across inpatient and outpatient settings, including student mental health, community psychiatry, and academic outpatient practices.

Dr. Ebert strives to create a respectful environment where patients feel heard as they build a strong therapeutic alliance. He values long-term collaboration to achieve meaningful treatment goals and improve quality of life. With clinical experience guiding his approach, he offers reasonable therapeutic optimism while addressing challenging symptoms and issues.

Dr. Ebert begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment to understand each patient’s symptoms, life story, behavior, and personality. He develops a collaborative treatment plan, revisiting it over time. Follow-up appointments integrate medication management, if prescribed, and psychotherapy tailored to the individual, using a combination of standard therapeutic approaches aligned with the shared plan.

Dr. Kamil Dar graduated from Boston Medical Center Brighton, Massachusetts, from the Department of Psychiatry. He received his training in Interventional Psychiatry including ECT and TMS at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard University Teaching Hospital. He has multiple publications in research. Dr. Dar is culturally diverse and speaks English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and Chinese Mandarin. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports with his family, including soccer and cricket.

While assessing his patients with the biopsychosocial model, he treats with evidence based treatment.

He utilizes therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy in conjunction with medication for optimal results.

Shelah Radke, MD, JD, is a double board-certified Child and Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist with over a decade of extensive experience in mental health care, specializing in the well-being of children, adolescents, and young adults. She currently serves in St. Louis, MO, where she is known for her dynamic leadership as a Medical Director and her robust clinical practice. Throughout her career, Dr. Radke has held pivotal roles, including Medical Director of Crisis Psychiatry Services at Mercy Hospital and key positions in several reputable outpatient clinics across the U.S. Her clinical acumen spans a diverse range of settings, from private practice and crisis care to specialized programs in residential and educational institutions.

A staunch advocate for evidence-based approaches, Dr. Radke integrates lifestyle and pharmacological interventions to foster mental health resilience among her patients. She is particularly passionate about the shared decision-making model, which enhances patient empowerment and satisfaction by actively involving them in their treatment plans. Dr. Radke's academic contributions are equally notable. Dr. Gulati is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who has been in practice for over 10 years. She has worked in inpatient units, private practice, and community mental health, as well as served as Chief Medical Officer of a large psychiatric hospital. In 2018 she was awarded the Charleston Choice Award for Best Psychiatrist in Charleston, South Carolina. She currently resides in South Florida. Dr. Gulati's practice centers around treating the whole patient: mind, body, and spirit. She believes the judicious use of psychiatric medications, coupled with psychotherapy and alternative treatments such as meditation and yoga, can bring about transformative changes in the lives of those suffering from depression, anxiety, and other mental conditions and life issues. Dr. Gulati graduated with Honors in Psychology from The University of Florida, received her medical degree from The University of South Alabama School of Medicine, completed a clinical postdoctoral research fellowship at Boston University School of Medicine, and completed her Psychiatry residency training at The University of North Carolina. She is currently obtaining her MBA. After residency, she worked as a psychiatric hospitalist at Trident Medical Center in Charleston and has also worked in private practice. Most recently she served as Chief Medical Officer for an 80-bed psychiatric hospital, Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital in Stuart, FL. In addition to general adult psychiatry, Dr. Gulati received extensive training in one of the nation's largest women's mood disorder programs at The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and enjoys treating peripartum and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. She is also well trained in addiction medicine and received additional training in buprenorphine use for opioid addiction.

Dr. Ellis is a graduate of Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, NJ. He completed his psychiatric residency at Cooper Hospital/University Medical Center in Camden, NJ, where he served as Chief Resident his senior year. Dr. Ellis has served as Assistant Medical Director of the community mental health center of Gloucester County for 28 years, providing care to a diverse population. Additionally, Dr. Ellis maintained a private practice for 15 years, treating individuals and their families with ongoing collaboration with therapists and other health care providers
