Juliet Nichols-Nicolescu, MD

Dr. Michael Kim, DO, is an accomplished attending psychiatrist dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care. He earned his medical degree from Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at HCA's The Medical Center of Aurora North. With a diverse clinical background, Dr. Kim has honed his expertise across various settings including inpatient, outpatient, PHP/IOP, and specialized areas such as geriatrics, eating disorders, addiction, and child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Kim is proficient in innovative treatments like Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). He is passionate about employing supportive and psychodynamic therapy approaches, tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs. Embracing a holistic approach to psychiatry, Dr. Kim integrates medication management with a focus on nutrition, diet, and lifestyle factors to foster overall well-being. Dr. Kim is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care to his patients. Outside of his professional commitments, he is an advocate for personal health and wellness. Dr. Lanier Summerall attended Yale University, where she studied philosophy in the Great Books Program. She later studied Molecular Biology at the University of Colorado, where she and her husband moved after getting married. She received her medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Program, and completed her residency at Dartmouth Medical School. She also trained at Massachusetts General Hospital with Dr. Theodore Stern in his area of expertise (Consult Psychiatry) and learned from his immense skill at building strong rapport with all patients.

Dr. Summerall has experience in inpatient, and outpatient settings, along with teaching and research. She has worked in hospital administration, government entities, most importantly the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee.

Dr. Summerall values transparent communication and will work with you to create the change. She treats patients as unique individuals and treatment is put into place with individualized plans in mind. Her approach to patients, which emphasizes holistic, patient centered, strength based treatment built on a foundation of strong doctor-patient alliance and evidence based medical knowledge.

Dr. Cecilia Fitz-Gerald is a board-certified psychiatrist trained in adult psychiatry and consultation-liaison psychiatry, formerly known as psychosomatic medicine. She has been practicing for over five years and has extensive experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and emergency psychiatry. In addition, she specializes in working with patients with acute and chronic medical conditions that may be affecting their mental health, such as cancer, stroke, or a heart condition. She provides patient-centered care utilizing a collaborative approach to help her patients reach their goals. She is a native of Louisiana and a graduate of the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport. She was elected to the prestigious medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha, during her fourth year of medical school and was awarded the John W. Bick Excellence in Psychiatry award. She completed her psychiatry residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center where she served as Chief Resident and was a PRITE Fellow. Afterwards, she completed a fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Dr. Fitz-Gerald has multiple scholarly publications, particularly in the fields of emergency psychiatry and hospital delirium and has presented at the annual conference for the Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry. She is passionate about academic medicine and enjoys teaching medical students and residents. Her other areas of clinical interest include ICU delirium and cardiac psychiatry.

Dr. Sumeet Singh is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Adult Psychiatry. He completed his psychiatry residency training at Howard University Hospital and Saint Elizabeth's Hospital in Washington, DC., where he was voted as Chief resident. He went on to serve as vice chair of the Department of Psychiatry at Adventist HealthCare in Maryland, where he worked in both an administrative and clinical role treating adults in inpatient settings. Additionally, he served as a Clinical Instructor of Psychiatry at Georgetown University School of Medicine, teaching medical students about the art of medicine. Dr. Singh received his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan and received his medical degree from Xavier University School of Medicine. Most recently, Dr. Singh worked for Life Stance Health, an outpatient telehealth company, where he treated patients between the ages of 18-65 years old with both medication management and therapeutic interventions. Dr. Singh has years of experience treating the following disorders/diagnoses: depression, anxiety and panic attacks, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and OCD.‍

Dr. Cindy Rossetti is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She has been practicing for over 13 years. Dr. Rossetti received her medical degree from The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. She completed her general psychiatry residency at the University of Kentucky in Lexington where she was chief resident. She worked at Eastern State Hospital in Kentucky treating severe and persistent mental illness. She spent most of her post-graduate time providing outpatient care in a rural and underserved area of Arkansas. Dr. Rossetti offers both medication management and therapy together in 30- and 45-minute follow-up visits. Dr. Rossetti enjoys treating adults of all ages. Her areas of interest include ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and Autism in adults. She enjoys addressing areas such as personal growth, stress management and self-care. Her treatment is patient-centered and geared toward individual healing and wellness.

Dr. Amy Lowry is a board-certified psychiatrist who earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston after completing her undergraduate studies at Texas Lutheran University. She was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy and completed her psychiatry residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. She has provided psychiatric care in outpatient settings across Louisiana and North Carolina, focusing on adult and young adult populations. Dr. Lowry brings extensive experience in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy, utilizing cognitive-behavioral (CBT), psychodynamic, supportive, and dialectical behavioral (DBT) therapy approaches. Her passion lies in holistic, compassionate, and evidence-based care for a wide range of conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and life transitions.

Dr. Lowry creates a warm, respectful environment where patients feel heard and valued. She encourages autonomy through mental health education and open dialogue, working to ensure patients are informed and engaged in their treatment. She prioritizes empathy and trust, believing a strong doctor-patient relationship is key to achieving lasting therapeutic outcomes.

Dr. Lowry begins with a comprehensive understanding of each patient's history, concerns, and goals. She develops individualized treatment plans and incorporates psychotherapy into each session to align with patient goals and enhance treatment response. Patient goals are revisited regularly to adapt plans as progress is made.
