Blanca Osorio Candelaria, MD

Keesha Barthelemy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor Level-2. She has extensive experience working in the mental health and addictions field with adolescents, emerging adults, adults, and families. Keesha has worked directly with clients of various demographics, living with a variety of mental health conditions. She obtained her Undergraduate degree in Psychology from Hofstra University on Long Island, NY, and her graduate degree from Mercy University in Westchester, NY. Keesha has been practicing for 3 years as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, focusing on anxiety, mood disorders, addictions, and families. Treatment is tailored to the individual, with a foundation in cognitive-behavioral therapy, rational-emotive behavior Therapy, and mindfulness. Furthermore, Keesha has experience working with individuals seeking Faith-based Therapy, with a focus on Christianity and Catholicism. Keesha's vast clinical background has assisted in her development as a well-rounded counselor. She prides herself on possessing great interpersonal skills, and building therapeutic relationships in an effort to assist with growth, healing, and flourishment.

Dr. Benita Dieperink, MD, is board-certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School and completed residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She has extensive experience in private practice, academic leadership, and faculty roles, with expertise in treating diverse adult populations. She specializes in perinatal and reproductive psychiatry, supporting patients through pregnancy, postpartum, PMS, infertility, and perimenopause/menopause, as well as mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.

Dr. Dieperink values open communication and a collaborative approach, creating a warm, supportive environment where patients feel heard and respected. She integrates psychopharmacology and psychotherapy to help patients work toward clear treatment goals, while fostering a growth- and strengths-based perspective. She also draws on a wide range of interests—from medical science to psychology and history—to enrich patient education.

Dr. Dieperink begins by thoroughly understanding each patient’s history, concerns, and goals. She develops individualized treatment plans aligned with these goals and regularly reassesses progress to refine strategies as needed, ensuring care is responsive, personalized, and effective.

Ashley Sharp is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider
designation, who has experience working in multiple settings within the mental health
field including private practice counseling, school-based counseling, and in a behavioral
health hospital. This has allowed Ashley to work closely with individuals of various
demographics and a wide spectrum of mental health conditions. Ashley obtained her
undergraduate degree in psychology from Bryan College in Dayton, TN, and graduate
degree in clinical mental health counseling from Richmont Graduate University in
Chattanooga, TN.

Ashley has been working in the mental health field for 4 years and
focuses on mood and anxiety disorders, as well as personality disorders,
challenges in relationship dynamics, and difficult life transitions such as grief and
divorce. Ashley tailors her treatment modalities for the greatest benefit of the individual,
being considerate of the background and needs of each client.
Ashley uses an eclectic approach to therapy founded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
and incorporates elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy such as mindfulness,
distress tolerance, and emotional regulation.

Dr. Angela Durham is a licensed psychiatrist with over 15 years of experience providing compassionate care in both outpatient and telehealth settings. She has a strong background in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. Dr. Durham earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Kentucky. She maintains an active medical license and DEA registration.

Dr. Durham creates a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. She values collaboration and open communication throughout the treatment process, focusing on empowering individuals with education and tools to better manage their mental health. Her approach emphasizes tailoring care to each person’s unique needs and goals to promote long-term wellness.

Dr. Durham begins each therapeutic relationship with a thorough assessment of the patient’s history, symptoms, and goals. She works collaboratively to develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, lifestyle strategies, and coordination with therapists or other healthcare providers. Dr. Durham regularly reviews progress, adjusts treatment plans as needed, and encourages patients to take an active role in their care and decision-making.

Dr. Jenna Hartman is double board certified in General Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. Dr. Hartman graduated from Tufts University before completing medical school at New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed residency at Maimonides Medical Center, where she was a Chief Resident, and then pursued an addiction psychiatry fellowship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Dr. Hartman was also trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy by the Psychoanalytic Association of NY. Following her training, Dr. Hartman returned to Maimonides Medical Center, where she worked as an attending adult outpatient clinic, treating patients from many different backgrounds with a wide array of diagnoses. She holds a special interest in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and OCD. Dr. Hartman uses a compassionate and thoughtful approach in order to form a collaborative partnership with her patients. She believes in treating the person as a whole and tailoring treatments to each individual's specific needs. Dr. Hartman works with patients in 30 30-minute follow up sessions, where in addition to medication management she provides supportive and at times psychodynamic therapeutic techniques.

Dr. Anne Rohs is board certified in both adult and geriatric psychiatry and has practiced psychiatry for over 10 years. She has extensive experience treating critically ill patients in hospital settings. This experience allowed her to hone skills necessary to care for individuals with complex psychiatric illnesses complicated by medical conditions. Dr. Rohs' approach to care involves providing a consistent, empathic, non-judgmental space to develop and attain shared treatment goals. She is committed to developing a partnership that is always respectful of patients' points of view, and she utilizes this knowledge to inform treatment plans that are safe, effective, and agreeable to patients. At the same time, she is sensitive to financial or insurance coverage factors that may impact treatment. After completing residency training at Montefiore Medical Center, Dr. Rohs was invited to serve an additional year as Senior Chief Resident for its adult psychiatry residency training program. She spent the next year as a fellow in Geriatric Psychiatry before her appointment as an attending physician on Montefiore's acute psychiatric inpatient unit. During her training years, Dr. Rohs made several trips to Uganda to serve as an attending physician with the Doctors for Global Health Project. Dr. Rohs subsequently transferred to Bronx Psychiatric Center (BPC), where she treated inpatients and outpatients suffering from severe mental disorders. At BPC, she expanded her knowledge base and became an expert in advanced psychopharmacology. Dr. Rohs also spent time prior to joining Talkiatry as an attending physician at NYU Langone Hospital. Dr. Rohs specializes in treating a variety of psychiatric conditions including mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and dementia. She is attuned to the direct and indirect mental health impact of the pandemic and its aftermath on patients of all ages. Dr. Rohs does not usually treat ADHD patients. As the Covid situation evolves, Dr. Rohs is available to see patients either in the office or via telehealth platforms.
