Dr. Win has extensive experience in working with veterans (23 years in VA health care system) in outpatient setting. Dr. Michael Manasterski is a board certified general psychiatrist. Before joining Talkiatry, he had the honor of working for the Department of Veterans Affairs in both outpatient and residential settings, and gained experience in improving quality of life for veterans with a wide range of troublesome to downright disabling psychiatric conditions, including severe anxiety and mood disorders, psychosis, obsessive-compulsive disorder, developmental disorders including autism spectrum and attention-deficit disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. These disorders have almost certainly been with us for all of recorded human history, but within the last few generations, our understanding of and ability to treat these conditions has grown by leaps and bounds.

Dr. Manasterski trained at the University of South Florida, earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology, and completing medical school and residency at the Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. During his time in training and at the VA, his passion for teaching, both medical trainees and patients, found a productive outlet. He looks forward to bringing that experience forward to serve the broader population in these unprecedented times.

Dr. Manasterski’s practice is centered on evidence-based medication management, expertly tailored to each unique individual, informed by the best available research, using a multidisciplinary approach where appropriate to achieve the best possible outcome. He offers motivational interviewing and supportive psychotherapy, and can collaborate with a therapist on your care team when more specialized treatment is needed on your journey to wellness.

Dr. Lisette Rodriguez-Cabezas earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed her psychiatry residency and a Women’s Mental Health Fellowship at Northwestern University. She has been Board Certified in adult psychiatry since 2017 and is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in Women’s Reproductive Mental Health.

Dr. Rodriguez-Cabezas values a patient-centered approach, emphasizing open communication and creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood.

She begins by gathering a detailed history from each patient to fully understand their goals and concerns. From there, she develops an individualized treatment plan tailored to the patient’s unique needs, ensuring care is collaborative and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.

Diana Sun, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor with over five years of counseling experience in outpatient settings. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nyack College Alliance Graduate School of Counseling in 2020. Diana has experience working with Asian Americans, Christians, LGBTQ+ individuals, and young adults ages 18 and older. Her clinical interests include inter-generational trauma, women’s issues, stress, anxiety, and depression.

Diana believes communication is essential when setting goals and boundaries within the counseling relationship. She uses fun ice-breaker questions to help patients feel comfortable and to build a strong therapeutic connection. Diana strives to create a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, seen, and understood, and she welcomes feedback as an important part of the healing process.

Diana begins by understanding each client’s presenting concerns, personal history, and goals during the initial session. Gary Etter, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist with experience across outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings, including many years within the John Peter Smith Healthcare System. He has also practiced in federal correctional psychiatric settings and outpatient care through Tarrant County MHMR. Dr. Etter has been extensively involved in psychiatric education for medical students and psychiatry residents. He has participated in organized psychiatry for many years through the Texas Society of Psychiatric Physicians, serving on multiple committees and previously as President of the Texas Psychiatric Society. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed his psychiatry residency at Timberlawn Psychiatric Hospital in Dallas. He is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.

Dr. Etter values ongoing patient input and strives to create a collaborative treatment environment where patients are actively involved in decision-making. He emphasizes a warm, supportive approach that helps patients feel heard, respected, and understood throughout their care.

Dr. Etter begins by developing a thorough understanding of each patient’s psychiatric, medical, family, developmental, and substance use history, while also exploring the patient’s concerns and goals. He then works collaboratively with the patient to develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs and objectives.
