Brittiny is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and has been in the mental health field since 2018. She has experience working with various demographics and mental health conditions. Brittiny enjoys helping clients reach their full potential and navigate through life, especially during difficult times. She believes in achieving high-quality work as a therapist, which means meeting an individual where they are, without judgement. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family/friends and traveling.

Brittiny attended Prairie View A&M University for her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and stayed for her Master of Arts degree in Counseling. She began working as an Academic Advisor, where she transitioned into working as a therapist in an outpatient treatment center. Brittiny has also worked in a Juvenile Detention Center, where she enjoyed helping misunderstood youth. After Covid, Brittiny transitioned into working as a Telehealth Therapist.

Brittiny’s therapeutic focus includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Holistic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness techniques. She utilizes a collaborative and holistic approach with her clients, to meet them where they are and help them reach their goals.
