Dr. Erica Linnell is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. Her practice focuses on medication management and supportive therapy. Dr. Linnell is a graduate of Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, from which she graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors and earned the Glasgow-Rubin Certificate of Commendation for Academic Achievement Award. Dr. Linnell trained in psychiatry residencies at Brown University/Butler Hospital and at Harvard University/Mass General Hospital. Alicia currently resides in Dallas, TX and graduated from Dallas Baptist University with her Masters in Counseling. Alicia has worked in an inpatient hospital, a nonprofit outpatient clinic, and in private practice settings providing therapy to a variety of populations. Alicia also has experience in advocating for clients to receive care based on medical necessity and treatment efficacy.

Dr. Aileen Kim approaches medication management with an emphasis on shared decision-making within safe, effective options, thorough counseling about what to expect in treatment, and giving attention to the concurrent use of non-medication modalities of treatment alongside optimizing medication. She is accustomed to working with people who have more than one diagnosis. She is skilled and experienced in de-prescribing (methodically streamlining the number of medications being taken) when needed. Patients can see Dr. Kim for medication management, therapy, or both. Dr. Kim is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago in 2004. She was selected for the Health Professions Scholarship Program and completed her residency in 2008 at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Virginia, where she was chief resident. Following residency, she deployed to Kuwait as a medical officer. She has taught and supervised residents at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. She left active duty in the Navy as a Lieutenant Commander. After becoming a civilian, she went into solo practice, then joined Potomac Behavioral Solutions in 2014, where she served as medical director. Stephanie Negrey, MD

Dr. Stephanie Negrey is a board certified psychiatrist. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology and History at Fordham University in the Bronx and then attended medical school at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University. She completed her residency at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio as a member of the United States Air Force. Dr. Negrey served as an active duty psychiatrist; her duties included medical director of the mental health clinic at a special operations base as well as a program manager for the Air Force substance use program. Dr. Negrey has experience treating a wide range of ages and diagnoses, with particular emphasis on personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress disorder. She integrates supportive and psychodynamic therapies into her medication management appointments with a goal of achieving improvement through a holistic approach. Renee LaRock-Gary is a licensed mental health counselor in New York State. Margaret Mary Reyes DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing patient centered, and compassionate mental health care. As a Florida native, she is a proud graduate of Florida Atlantic University (FAU), where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. Her doctoral research focused on improving outcomes for women living with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).

Dr. Reyes has advanced practice nursing experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. Laura Hendricks has been a PMHNP for over 20 years and has practiced in outpatient treatment settings, inpatient psychiatric facilities, Private Practice, Consult-Liaison Psychiatry and Telepsychiatry.  She has worked with all ages and brings a Family Systems perspective to her work, assisting patients to become more aware of their own development, attachment style, and awareness of how to change behavior patterns to create more satisfying lives.  In addition, Laura is a longtime practitioner of Non-Violent Communication (Compassionate Communication), a modality for increasing empathic connections with oneself and with others.  She incorporates these tools into her practice to support people to live more fully.
