Diane Papke, MD

Dr. Diane Papke holds the position of staff psychiatrist at Talkiatry. After graduating from medical school, she completed internship year in Internal Medicine at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, AZ, followed by two years of neurology residency at Barrow Neurological Institute before completing Psychiatric residency at Maricopa Medical Center in 2005. She then spent the majority of her time caring for SMI/seriously mentally ill patients with a mantra "propelling people forward to wellness.” Working on the supportive level of care for this population honed her skills to care for the highest level of outpatient care through ACT/assertive community treatment. She has a genuine interest in treating psychiatric disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and most specifically bipolar. She has experience treating medical comorbidities including neurologic disorders. In 2023, she extended her expertise and skills to the general population to include telehealth management of her patients. With a nonsense approach, she prides herself on collaborating with patients to attain their goals of optimum psychiatric health, believing that the cornerstone of a healthy partnership with any patient is a holistic approach. Listening with an open mind and heart while collaborating with her patients to provide the correct medication management and supportive care has always been the key for her. Corey Greenwald, MD

Dr. Corey Greenwald is a board-certified psychiatrist with years of experience treating patients in both acute inpatient psychiatric emergencies and outpatient medication and psychotherapy settings. He earned his medical degree from Brown University, completed his internship in the Columbia system, and pursued residency training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Greenwald has practiced in academic, urban, suburban, and rural environments, which has given him broad perspective and adaptability in caring for diverse patient populations.

Dr. Greenwald emphasizes psychoeducation as a core part of care, ensuring patients are active participants in understanding and managing their mental health. He brings a deep interest in transcultural issues and in how social media and news cycles impact emotional well-being. Having witnessed the effects of mental illness within his own family, Dr. Greenwald approaches his work with empathy, insight, and a strong commitment to helping patients feel supported throughout their journey.

Connie Hsiao, MD

Dr. Connie Hsiao is a board-certified Adult Psychiatrist and board-eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. She earned her medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine, completed her Adult Psychiatry Residency at UT Health San Antonio, and pursued Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Hsiao has extensive experience treating diverse patient populations across various clinical settings.

Dr. Hsiao values open communication, collaboration, and building a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard and respected. She treats a wide range of mental health concerns—including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions—in children, adolescents, and adults. She emphasizes trust and mutual understanding in the therapeutic relationship.

In the initial visit, Dr. Hsiao conducts a comprehensive evaluation to understand each patient’s unique history, concerns, and goals. She utilizes evidence-based medication management alongside therapeutic strategies to create personalized treatment plans that reflect and support her patients’ needs and aspirations.

Dana-Jean La Haie, MD

Dr. La Haie is board certified in adult psychiatry and has been in practice for over 15 years.  She completed her residency at Banner Good Samaritan (now Banner University) Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.  After completing her residency training, Dr. La Haie worked with the severely mentally ill population for several years, then transitioned to a private practice setting that offered the interventional options of transcranial magnetic stimulation and ketamine infusion.  Most recently, Dr. La Haie has worked at the Phoenix VA treating veterans, with focus on PTSD, depression and anxiety.  Dr. La Haie has held an academic appointment at the University of Arizona Medical School and has spent her professional career supervising/teaching medical students and psychiatry residents.

Dr. La Haie's practice focuses on medication management and providing psychoeducation to her patients. However, if indicated, Dr. La Haie may believe that additional therapy is also needed and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome.

Dr. La Haie has experience treating a large variety of mental health conditions across a variety of populations. She strongly believes in tailoring treatments through a holistic and patient-centered approach based on individual and multi-faceted histories. Dr. La Haie looks forward to working with you.

Elmina Summerall, MD

Dr. Lanier Summerall attended Yale University, where she studied philosophy in the Great Books Program. She later studied Molecular Biology at the University of Colorado, where she and her husband moved after getting married. She received her medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Program, and completed her residency at Dartmouth Medical School. She also trained at Massachusetts General Hospital with Dr. Theodore Stern in his area of expertise (Consult Psychiatry) and learned from his immense skill at building strong rapport with all patients.

Dr. Summerall has experience in inpatient, and outpatient settings, along with teaching and research. She has worked in hospital administration, government entities, most importantly the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee.

Dr. Summerall values transparent communication and will work with you to create the change. She treats patients as unique individuals and treatment is put into place with individualized plans in mind. Her approach to patients, which emphasizes holistic, patient centered, strength based treatment built on a foundation of strong doctor-patient alliance and evidence based medical knowledge.
