I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard and empowered. My treatment style is integrative and person-centered, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, supportive therapy, goal-oriented therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. Brian Braumiller, DO

Dr. Brian Braumiller, DO, earned his degrees from Ohio University and Wright State University and served as chief resident in psychiatry from 1995 to 1996. During residency, he trained under renowned forensic psychiatrist Phillip J. Resnick, MD, gaining experience in inpatient and forensic psychiatry. Dr. Braumiller has also served as an assistant professor and medical director for multiple facilities and remains current on advances in psychiatric care through ongoing Maintenance of Certification activities. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, boating, and appreciating the restorative and grounding effects of time on the water.

Dr. Braumiller has provided patient-centered mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors for more than 30 years. He specializes in ADHD, anxiety, and substance use concerns while also treating depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, sleep issues, and pain-related conditions. He values individualized care and integrates medication management, evidence-based interventions, and mind-body approaches to help patients achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in well-being.

Dr. Braumiller begins with a thorough evaluation and takes time to understand each patient’s unique experiences, challenges, and goals. Based on this assessment, he develops a personalized treatment plan tailored to the patient’s needs and collaborates closely with his care team to provide comprehensive, coordinated support throughout treatment.
