Dr. Shay is a board-certified psychiatrist practicing adult general psychiatry since 2014, most recently in the outpatient clinic at VA St. Louis Healthcare System. She earned her bachelor's degree in business at the University of Iowa and worked for years in the insurance industry managing medicolegal issues before deciding to pursue medicine as a second career. Embracing principles of holistic medicine, Dr. Shay completed her medical degree at Midwestern University/Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and her residency in general psychiatry at Loyola University Medical Center in the bio-psycho-social model of care. Her broad range of training in university, VA, and state hospital settings and significant life and work experiences prepared Dr. Shay to practice across the diagnostic spectrum. Megan Wynne, MD

Dr. Megan Wynne is board certified in adult psychiatry and completed fellowship training in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry (Psychosomatic Medicine). She has been in practicing psychiatry since 2006. Dr. Wynne completed her medical degree at Drexel University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, her psychiatric residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and her consultation/liaison psychiatric fellowship at Long Island Jewish Hospital in Queens, NY. She continued to work in Consultation Liaison Psychiatry at North Shore Hospital in NY, before working for nine years at Philadelphia Veterans Administration Hospital as a staff psychiatrist and associate at the University of Pennsylvania University Hospital. During this time, she worked closely with patients struggling with Traumatic Brain Injury, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression and Anxiety. She acted as an attending psychiatrist in training medical students, psychiatric residents and fellows. Following a move to New Zealand, she worked as lead psychiatrist for Te Puna Waiora, Maori Mental Health team (Indigenous Person mental health clinic) at Counties Manakau District Health Board. She worked with multiple patients facing cultural challenges, as well as psychosocial stressors (poverty, family fragmentation, poor education). During this time, she worked within the indigenous system of mental health, which treats not just emotional or physical issues for a person, but spiritual and familial as well. She has incorporated this into her treatment approach for all patients. Dr. Wynne has always believed that medication must be used in conjunction with psychodynamic therapy, and medical and social supports to most appropriately treat a patient. Shelley Sellinger, MD

Dr. Shelley Sellinger is a board-certified psychiatrist who has been in practice for 25 years. Her career has been devoted to serving both her local community as well as high-risk and underserved patients. As a pioneer and advocate for the use of telepsychiatry years prior to the pandemic, she has presented at the American Telehealth conference as well as at grand rounds. Dr. Sellinger's practice focuses on medication management as well as supportive and insight-oriented psychotherapy. She believes that a combination of therapy, as well as the use of medications, helps provide a patient with the best outcome. Her goal is to help patients live their best and most fulfilling lives. Kristofer Joondeph-Breidbart, MD

Dr. Kristofer Joondeph-Breidbart is a board certified adult psychiatrist. He earned his undergraduate degree and Master's in Teaching from Boston University, followed by his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr. Joondeph-Breidbart completed his residency in general adult psychiatry at Cambridge Health Alliance, a Harvard teaching hospital. Currently, Dr. Joondeph-Breidbart serves as a staff psychiatrist at Harvard University Health Services, where he works with both undergraduate and graduate students. He has developed significant expertise in working with LGBTQ individuals through his involvement with the Gender and Sexuality Clinic at Cambridge Health Alliance and the LGBTQ Interdisciplinary Team at Harvard University Health Services. While he has extensive expertise in treating college-aged young adults, his practice also includes a broad range of patients, with a particular specialization in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). She previously established and led a Behavioral Health Clinic integrated within a Family Medicine Practice. Prior to this role, Dr. Warrick provided dedicated psychiatric care at a private psychiatry practice for over a decade.

Dr. Warrick earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina, completed residency training at Baylor College of Medicine's Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, and pursued additional specialization through a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at Palmetto Health/USC School of Medicine.

She went to college at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY and received her degree in Microbiology. She completed her medical education at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, SC, and completed her residency training at Creighton University School of Medicine-Valleywise Health in Phoenix, AZ. She served as vice chief resident during her residency training. She has additional post-residency experience working in the outpatient setting treating multiple conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, OCD and psychotic disorders. Elizabeth Faust, MD

Dr. Elizabeth Faust is board-certified in Psychiatry with a fellowship in Integrative Psychiatry. She started in Family Medicine while in the Navy, where she also was a Flight Surgeon. She has practiced medicine since 1999, focusing on Psychiatry since 2007. Dr. Faust practices with an integrative approach to see what medical factors contribute to symptoms, unhealthy thought or relationship patterns, and lifestyle factors that maintain dysfunction. Unexamined, medications will only work briefly. While medications are part of treatment to acutely improve symptoms, she also brings in lifestyle changes, nutrition, spirituality, and social connection as resources to recover function and maintain wellness. 1995-1999 MD from Texas A&M University, US Navy 1999-2004; Family Medicine Internship, Aerospace Medicine training/Flight Surgeon; 2004-2007 the Psychiatry Residency University of Wisconsin. Dr. Faust worked at Iowa City VA, out of residency, treating fellow veterans and training residents at the University of Iowa. She then worked for Group Health in Washington, followed by independent work in telepsychiatry long before the pandemic. Most recently, she worked for Virginia Mason Franciscan to establish a Collaborative Care model of practice to provide expert consultation and support for primary care physicians to continue to care for their patients' mental health within the primary care setting. She enjoys working with patients who are ready to make a change that leads them to their better selves.

Ronald Moruzzi, DO

Dr. Moruzzi is board certified and completed his residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in 2000. He served as an Army Psychiatrist for a total of 24 years providing specialty care to active duty service members and their families. During this time, he has served in multiple roles, including but not limited to section leader, service chief, consultant, and department chiefs at multiple duty stations. He also served as the senior psychiatrist and officer in charge for two combat deployments in 2002-2003 and 2009-2010. He specializes in treating Mood, Anxiety, PTSD, and Sleep disorders. Throughout his 28-year career, Dr Moruzzi has remained actively involved in teaching psychiatry residents, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical students. Dr. Moruzzi retired from the Army in the summer of 2020 and for the past 4 years has been working as a staff psychiatrist at Northern Arizona University (NAU). Here he provided specialty care to NAU undergraduate and graduate students as well as to faculty, staff, and their family members. He provides supportive and educational therapy and as needed will utilize lifestyle skills integration (i.e. sleep, outdoor time…) to help patients reduce their primary stressors. He believes in taking a holistic approach to leverage non-medication interventions along with medication management to obtain the best outcome for his patients.
