She earned her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency at University Hospital. She has previously served as Chief of Mental Health at a VA Hospital and has maintained a successful private practice focused on medication management and supportive therapy.

He later transitioned to the IT industry, earning a master’s degree and certifications, before answering his true calling in medicine, graduating from Saint Matthews University School of Medicine.

Dr. Lai treats both adults and children/adolescents with expertise in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, addiction, geriatrics, and dual-diagnosis care. He is trained in TMS and ECT, is a Certified Suboxone Prescriber, and offers consultations and treatment through office-based or telemedicine visits. Brianna Campbell, LMHC, LPC, holds a BA in Psychology and an MS in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience providing telehealth and in-person therapy in community and private practice settings. She is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Florida for telehealth, with Virginia in progress. A National Certified Counselor, she also serves as a clinical intern supervisor and psychoeducational content creator. Her certifications include Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, TGNB care, Clinical Supervision, Telehealth training, DSM-5-TR differential diagnosis, and racial justice practices.

Brianna is warm, caring, collaborative, and evidence-based. She matches each client’s pace and style to create a tailor-made wellness plan. She supports clients seeking guidance with dating, gender and sexuality, anxiety and depression, life transitions, career and education stress, organization, and purpose. Therapy with her balances heart and mind, and she ensures clients leave with a personalized toolkit for growth.

Dr. Matthew Richter has experience practicing in outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as with military and confinement populations. He earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed a psychiatry residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, followed by a forensic psychiatry fellowship at the National Capital Consortium.
