Megan Freeman, MD

Dr. Megan Freeman is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Adult Psychiatry. She completed her residency training at Vidant Medical Center at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina in 2021 where she was the chief resident. Since then, she has worked as an attending physician at an inpatient adult psychiatric unit in Burlington, North Carolina. As a resident and attending she has treated adults of all ages and in all areas of mental health. Dr. Freeman's talkiatry practice will mostly focus on medication management in conjunction with support or acceptance-based therapy during 30-minute follow-up visits. During this time, Dr. Freeman hopes to collaborate with her patients to help set treatment goals and ways to track progress in between appointments. Dr. Freeman is board certified in adult psychiatry. She enjoys seeing patients with a wide variety of diagnoses including, but not limited to, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder. She enjoys combining medication management with various therapy techniques.‍

Sanjna Zadoo, MD

Dr. Zadoo graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. She attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and went on to complete her residency at UT Health San Antonio.

Dr. Zadoo is passionate about getting to know her patients and helping them live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. She specializes in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, and trauma-related disorders. Dr. Zadoo first completes an initial psychiatric evaluation to establish diagnoses and create a comprehensive plan for treatment. She is passionate about forming a strong therapeutic alliance and empowering patients to improve their lives through a variety of holistic modalities. While medications are a mainstay of psychiatric care, Dr. Zadoo is also skilled at using existential, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and Gestalt psychotherapy techniques.

Michael Gravenstein, MD

Dr. Michael Gravenstein earned his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine, where he also completed his psychiatry residency. During training, he was recognized with multiple awards, including the Malcom Randall VA Resident of the Year Award, the Ross A. McElroy Psychotherapy Award, and the John “J.D.” Dorian Award for best sense of humor. He has worked across outpatient, inpatient, and consult liaison settings, and has experience treating a wide range of conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, and transitional age concerns. He also has expertise working with LGBTQIA+ patients and provides psychodynamic, CBT, and supportive therapies.

Dr. Gravenstein believes in a comprehensive approach to treatment that integrates medications, therapy, and lifestyle interventions. While medications can be very effective, he views them as just one part of a broader treatment plan tailored to each patient’s needs. He emphasizes individualized care and sees treatment as a team effort, meeting patients where they are and progressing at a pace they feel ready for.

Tracy King, PMHNP

Tracy King, PMHNP-BC, is a compassionate and board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University and has experience working with individuals across the lifespan.

Tracy has worked in a variety of clinical settings, addressing a broad range of mental health concerns. She is driven by a strong commitment to serving those in need and takes pride in delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances.

Her approach centers on creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Tracy’s goal is to help individuals build resilience, enhance well-being, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Juan Gonzalez, MD

Dr. Juan Carlos Gonzalez is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has 32 years of experience in treating adults. He completed his undergraduate education at Harvard University and earned his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed his psychiatry residency training at Baylor College of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident and subsquently was an Associate Professor of Psychiatry for ten years. During his tenure as a faculty member at Baylor, he served as Medical Director for the Baylor Psychiatry Clinic and also maintained a private practice, where he provided psychotherapy and medication management. 

In 2004, Dr. Gonzalez moved to Austin, Texas where he joined the US Veterans Administration, serving in various administrative positions, including Medical Director for the Central Texas VA Outpatient Clinics.

He provides compassionate, evidence-based care to thousands of service members, treating a broad spectrum of psychiatric conditions. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Gonzalez employs a humanistic approach to patient care, deeply understanding how patients’ past experiences affect their present.

Hala Mouneimne, DO

Dr. Mouneimne is a Board-Certified bilingual psychiatrist specializing in general adult psychiatry, bringing extensive experience from her residency training in the underserved area of East Texas. She earned her medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth and has received broad exposure to child/adolescent, geriatric, and adult inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. With a background in Engineering from Texas A&M University, Dr. Mouneimne employs an analytical approach to diagnose and treat mental health issues through personalized and collaborative care. Her training has included both in-person and virtual encounters to extend care across larger geographic areas. She has experience managing psychiatric care in acute behavioral health units as well as long-term facilities and has focused training in applied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Harman Singh, DO

Dr. Harman Singh earned his bachelor’s degree in political philosophy and premedical sciences at the University of California, Davis, exploring how ideas shape cultures and institutions. Philosophy and science taught him that human experience is influenced by our past, beliefs, and biology. After graduation, he worked as a therapist for neurodivergent individuals, helping them process challenges and develop skills to reach their goals.

Dr. Singh studied holistic patient care at Touro University College of Medicine, focusing on mind, body, and spirit. He completed his psychiatry residency at Riverside University Health System in Southern California, serving diverse patients with varied mental health conditions. As chief resident, he trained future physicians in evidence-based approaches while emphasizing the therapeutic and humanistic foundations of psychiatry.

Dr. Singh diagnoses and treats conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and psychosis.
