Jaime Sather, PMHNP is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 20 years' experience in the mental health field. Specialty areas include ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, PTSD, and women’s health. Clinical experience with inpatient, outpatient, detoxifications rehab, psychiatric emergency department, IOP, and PHP.

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief psychotherapy are provided. Besides medication management with psychotherapy, individual therapy may be recommended for the best possible patient outcome.

Patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns in a non-judgmental therapeutic environment. Education is provided about diagnosis and treatment options with the patient being empowered to be an active part of their treatment plan.

Dr. Antonio Ramirez earned his medical degree from Ponce Health Sciences University, where he also served as Chief Resident in Psychiatry. He completed residency training at Ponce Health Sciences University and the U.S. Veterans Health Administration, Caribbean Healthcare System, followed by a Fellowship in Consultation–Liaison Psychiatry at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Board-certified in both Psychiatry and Consultation–Liaison Psychiatry, he has served as Director of Psychiatry at the Roberto Clemente Center and Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Dr. Ramirez is bilingual in Spanish and bicultural, with published research in cultural psychiatry and stress biology, and has been recognized for teaching and leadership.

Dr. Ramirez focuses on compassionate, evidence-based care that integrates psychotherapy and psychotropic medications to promote recovery and growth. His collaborative and respectful style ensures patients feel heard while working toward meaningful goals. He emphasizes setting clear expectations from the start to foster confidence and engagement. With his background in consultation–liaison psychiatry, Dr. Ramirez brings expertise in caring for individuals managing psychiatric conditions alongside significant medical illness.

The first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation, during which Dr. Ramirez carefully explores a patient’s history, conditions, and symptoms. Based on this, he develops a personalized treatment plan and reviews it collaboratively, so expectations are clear. Future visits focus on monitoring progress, adjusting the plan as needed, and integrating both psychotherapy and medication management to best support the patient’s needs and long-term growth.

Roel Sepulveda is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), he has over 10 years of experience providing mental health care in psychiatric emergency rooms, outpatient psychiatry, and telehealth settings. Roel is committed to delivering comprehensive and accessible care that supports patients across diverse needs and backgrounds.

As a provider, Roel values creating a compassionate and collaborative environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. He takes a patient-centered approach, meeting individuals where they are and working together to identify treatment goals. Patients can expect a nonjudgmental space where their concerns are heard, respected, and addressed with empathy and understanding.

When working with patients, Roel begins by taking time to understand their history, symptoms, and current challenges. He develops individualized treatment plans that may include a combination of medication management, lifestyle strategies, and coordination with therapy or other supports. His goal is to provide evidence-based care while empowering patients to actively participate in their mental health journey and achieve lasting well-being.

Dr. Alexander Van-Den-Ende is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who recently completed his psychiatry residency training at Authority Health in Detroit, Michigan. Beyond his proficiency in medication management, Dr. Van-Den-Ende has training in talk therapy and novel treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. He is pleased with the increase in access to mental healthcare that comes through telemedicine, and is committed to providing high quality care to his patients. Dr. Van-Den-Ende's approach emphasizes patient insight and mindfulness, guiding individuals on a journey towards self-awareness and mental well-being.

Dr. Melody Santos is dual-trained in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry, with experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She served as Chief Resident and Deputy Chief Resident in East Carolina University’s combined residency program, where she led academic and clinical initiatives. Dr. Santos has published research on topics including adult ADHD and metabolic psychiatry, with presentations at national conferences. She earned her MD from the American University of the Caribbean and a BS in Biology with a minor in Jazz Piano from the University of Tampa. A native Spanish speaker, she is active in community service and church-based outreach.

Dr. Santos values open and clear communication, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where patients feel heard and respected. She blends traditional and innovative approaches, including metabolic psychiatry and dietary strategies, to support wellness. Her care is culturally sensitive and patient-centered, always tailored to each individual’s needs and values. Through empathy and education, she empowers patients and fosters resilience.

Dr. Santos begins with a thorough assessment of each patient’s medical, psychiatric, and lifestyle history. She collaborates with patients to build personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect their goals and preferences. Her holistic care model considers social, cultural, and environmental influences, and she ensures consistent follow-up to adjust care as needed, promoting informed, long-term wellness.

Dr. Tammara Davis is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over 15 years of experience treating patients across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and telepsychiatry settings. She earned her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, completed her psychiatry residency at St. Elizabeths Hospital in Washington, DC, and holds a B.S. from Xavier University of Louisiana.

Dr. Davis previously served as a Primary Care–Mental Health Integration psychiatrist at the Veterans Health Administration, where she helped expand access to care in community-based clinics. She is an active member of the Black Psychiatrists of America, where she advances advocacy and equity in mental health care. While she has treated a wide variety of patients from all walks of life, her clinical focus has been on improving access to quality mental healthcare for historically marginalized communities.

Dr. Davis specializes in mood and anxiety disorders, including depression, PTSD, and perinatal mental health. Her approach is holistic, integrative, and patient-centered—grounded in cultural humility and collaborative care. She does not prescribe benzodiazepines, focusing instead on evidence-based strategies that support long-term wellness. While treating a wide variety of patients, Dr. Davis’ clinical focus has been on adults from marginalized and/or minoritized communities.

Dr. Davis begins care with a consultation to ensure a strong fit and shared treatment goals. Dr. Davis is committed to creating a safe, trusting space where patients feel empowered and in control of their healing. She recognizes that not all patients require medication and integrates culturally affirming support when therapy and education are more appropriate.
