Dr. Robert Smeed, DO, is a board-certified psychiatrist with a passion for healing the human mind and consciousness. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Psychiatry Residency at Wayne State University College of Medicine. Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), Dr. Smeed served as an outpatient psychiatrist at Veterans Affairs for 11 years, honing his expertise in mental health care. Driven by a deep interest in consciousness and innovative treatments, he combines talking therapies, neuromodulation, and modern psychopharmacology to help patients achieve lasting wellness.

Elizabeth Tiffany, MD

Dr Elizabeth Tiffany is a compassionate psychiatrist who is boarded in psychiatry, addiction, and addiction medicine. She completed her residency in Psychiatry and Fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. Since completing fellowship in 2016, she has held several positions with the Department of Veterans' Affairs treating veterans with addictions and other mental health conditions. She has also worked for the University of Cincinnati providing psychiatric and addictions treatment to those admitted to the hospital for other medical concerns. She is passionate about education and was the addiction psychiatry fellowship director at both Oregon Health and Science University and University of Cincinnati, assisted in training general psychiatrists at both programs, and has given talks to physicians in various specialties to promote treatment of mental health concerns. While considered a well-rounded psychiatrist who enjoys working with patients from a variety of backgrounds and situations, she has extensive experience working with patients who have experienced trauma and those who have psychiatric concerns and may be using more alcohol or cannabis than they would prefer. Dr Tiffany is a personable, nonjudgmental psychiatrist who will collaborate with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that combines medication management with psychotherapeutic tools for a more whole person approach to your recovery.

Bobbie Anne is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over eight years of experience providing therapy and related services. She has worked in a wide range of therapeutic settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial and intensive outpatient care, physician family practice and private practice. She works with clients affected by depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and relationship challenges. She has experience with individual, group and family therapy.

Bobbie Anne is passionate about helping people discover hope, develop resilience and increase self-awareness to promote healing. She emphasizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy but integrates interventions from a variety of therapeutic approaches to allow for a treatment plan that will meet the unique needs of each specific client and help restore balance with a positive mindset for overall improved mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Glenn is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Glenn has spent the majority of his nearly 30-year career in Health Care working to meet the mental health needs of those in his community. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Glenn has demonstrated his commitment to helping others become the best versions of themselves regardless of where they are at during that first appointment. When not working Glenn enjoys spending time with his family, biking, and being outdoors.

Glenn is very patient centered and wants you to know he is human too. We all have struggles at times and in various ways. Glenn has a very holistic approach and understands that treatment involves addressing the impacts your challenges are having on your life as a whole. Glenn strives to provide compassionate, empathetic, and yet very practical care to all his patients.

Glenn engages patients in a way that makes it very easy and natural for them to tell their story. From there Glenn promotes a shared decision-making strategy to formulate the optimal treatment plan. Kirk Ramsey, MD

Dr. Ramsey is board certified in general and child and adolescent psychiatry. His practice primarily focuses on medication management. He sees himself as a collaborator with therapists and counselors in caring for their shared patients and their families. He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. He completed his residency at West Virginia University Hospitals and WVU School of Medicine and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the Yale Child Study Center, Yale University School of Medicine, and Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven and Middletown, CT. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Memphis. Dr. Ramsey remained in CT for two additional years, working in the Department of Children and Families, serving the state's at-risk youth and adolescents at a psychiatric residential treatment facility. He then returned to West Virginia University as clinical faculty in its School of Medicine. During the 12-year academic appointment, he had active roles in educating, training, and supervising medical students, general psychiatry residents, child and adolescent psychiatry fellows, and trainees from various disciplines. He worked for many years with adolescent males at both the Dually Diagnosed and Specialized Residential Treatment Centers within West Virginia University Healthcare. He provided outpatient and acute inpatient care, as well as hospital-based consultation services. Within the community, he provided medication evaluation and management services to residential treatment facilities and university student health. He has been seeing patients and collaborating with providers through telemedicine since 2016. While Dr. Ramsey specializes in working with patients with anxiety, he does not prescribe benzodiazepines.‍
