Mishelle Lockerby, LCMHC
Mishelle Lockerby, LCMHC, LPC, specializes in supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, parenting challenges, and interpersonal conflict. She has extensive experience working with clients facing major depression, severe mental illness, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she has also worked cross-culturally with immigrant and refugee populations.
Mishelle takes a collaborative approach, personalizing therapy to each client’s needs. She fosters a safe, non-judgmental space built on mutual trust, emphasizing interactive, solution-focused, and authentic engagement. She encourages clients to share feedback on what is most helpful in sessions to guide the therapeutic process.

She may also include expressive art, play, or narrative therapy, as well as relaxation and meditation techniques. She believes the client is the expert in their life and works together with them to develop skills and solutions that support meaningful healing and growth.
