Paul Pennington is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of mental health experience in a variety of settings ranging from schools, private practice, residential facilities, and crime scene crisis counseling. Paul has had the privilege of helping people with various situations including depression, anxiety, stress, anger, trauma, abuse, life transitions, relationships, integration, existential issues, and other obstacles that have caused an imbalance in their lives. Paul specializes in working with teachers, first responders, young parents, and individuals that just want to be seen as who they truly are.‍Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Texas State University and a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling from Angelo State University. Kevin Seske, LCPC

Kevin Seske is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who specializes in Sport and Health Psychology. His approach to therapy is collaborative, empowering, nonjudgmental, trauma informed, and goal-focused. He sees therapy as a method to find the individual's strengths to help overcome any hardships.‍Kevin integrates treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Existential Therapy, and mindfulness techniques. In addition, he incorporates Sports Psychology in sessions where appropriate as he believes physical activity can empower us and teach us life skills that boost self-esteem, promote team building, and aid in relaxation. Elisabeth Davis, LPCC

Elisabeth Davis is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with an MA, licensed in both Kentucky and Ohio. She is also a Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider. Her professional journey has been eclectic and wide-ranging, allowing her to work with a diverse range of populations and issues. She specializes in areas such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma from physical and sexual abuse, family and relationship issues, parenting problems, and LGBTQIA+ support. Additionally, she has significant experience working with the military and providing education and career counseling.

One of her main goals is to make counseling / therapy "user friendly. "  Many people are apprehensive about starting therapy, and from the first session she tries to create an atmosphere where they feel safe and supported. Maya Angelou said 'My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.' Her mission is to help you find the best way to overcome and thrive in your life.

Paul Hogate, LCSW

Mr. Hogate is a skilled therapist with over 25 years of experience providing psychotherapy in a broad range of clinical settings. He is licensed both as a Clinical Social Worker and a Professional Counselor. Mr. Hogate has provided private counseling services since 2001 and additionally has worked in a vast range of clinical settings including outpatient counseling for individuals and families, inpatient services for children and adults, outpatient treatment for individuals with co-occurring substance use and other behavioral health concerns. Mr. Hogate is driven by a deep belief in the centrality of human relationships and the benefits clients can gain from a deep connection with a skilled clinician.

Mr. Hogate has a balanced and informed perspective on therapy and seeks to draw from patient experience and strength in partnership toward a common goal of reducing stress and symptoms of various life challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, life transitions and others. His clinical perspective is practical and informed by various clinical orientations, yet unique to each individual. Cynthia Mobley, LCSW

Cynthia has been a licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2018. Cynthia's current experience as a therapist includes working with children in school settings as well as in the community and adults from all walks of life such as active duty military service members and their dependents, young professionals new in their career, retirees who are attempting to balance life, health and age related challenges and college students in their first year of their undergraduate degree, to graduate students and students newly enrolled in medical or law school. Prior to 2018, Cynthia worked for 23 years with the department of social services assisting families with economic challenges by connecting them with government programs and community resources to help them improve their lives and the lives of their family members. Cynthia has extensive experience working with individuals and families from many diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Cynthia uses a down-to-earth, holistic approach to therapy. She believes if the body is not well, the mind cannot become well. Cynthia will evaluate your bodies wellbeing using an inquisitive approach and she will make suggestions and/or referrals to specialists, when necessary. Cynthia will provide you a safe and non-judgmental space to be yourself, to allow you to heal and grow. It will be Cynthia's mission to get you well as quickly as possible. Therapy will be tailored to the individual using a combination of a person-centered approach in order to empower the individual, focusing on them being the story teller; a solution-focused approach because the individual is the expert of themselves and they know their own abilities; and a strength-based approach in order to tap into the inner strengths and skills that embody the individual.

In the first session Cynthia will spend some time getting to know what happened to you to cause you to decide to start therapy. She will inquire about your childhood, family, culture, current health concerns and want to know what your hobbies are, and she will delve into what your typical day looks like from your wake/sleep cycle to what you typically eat and do during the day. Cynthia will ask you, what are your goals for therapy? Cynthia will work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan that is SMART-specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time sensitive.

Helmi Emma Anastasia Henkin, LCSW

Helmi Henkin, LCSW, graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and French and earned her Master of Social Work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. She brings 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults in residential and outpatient facilities, schools, and private practice.

Helmi is a proud member of the LGBTQ community and prioritizes a person-centered approach to care. She values cultivating a safe and affirming environment for all patients, regardless of identity. Her primary therapeutic approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which guides her collaborative and compassionate work with clients.

During the first session, Helmi conducts an intake to understand each patient’s background, concerns, and goals. She develops treatment plans collaboratively to ensure they are tailored and meaningful. Known for her empathy and use of humor, she builds rapport with patients while guiding them toward personal growth and well-being.
