Brittany Bridges, LMHC

Brittany Bridges received her Bachelor's of Science (BS) in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, as well as her Master's (MS) in Mental Health Counseling, from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Ms. Bridges is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) for the state of North Carolina as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Ms. Bridges utilizes an array of therapeutic modalities and techniques based on the needs of the clients, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and Solution-focused Therapy. ‍Ms. Bridges' prior experience entails working in a clinical outpatient setting and on a North Carolina college campus where she's treated a variety of mental health conditions. Dr. Ferrari is a highly regarded psychiatrist with a strong background in both clinical practice and research. She attended NYU School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Tennessee. She is an expert in treatment-resistant depression, anxiety and adult ADHD. She is dedicated to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care with a holistic and compassionate approach. As a mother of three, including a son with autism, Dr. Ferrari is particularly passionate about the complexities of women's mental health. Kara Burdelski is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working as an experienced psychotherapist for over the last twelve years. She has worked with a variety of demographics in various settings such as health care settings, community mental health, and even mobile therapy. Kara attended undergraduate school in Springfield, MO and obtained her graduate degree, a Master's of Science in Counseling Psychology, from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA. Over the last six years, she has worked predominately with adults with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) in a health care setting with patients who have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS as well as other varieties of chronic conditions. Kara has experience in working with individuals who have disorders like depression, anxiety, psychosis, PTSD, bipolar, trauma, chronic medical issues, grief, and substance abuse disorders. She allows her clients to direct the type of treatment they need since every human is an expert of their own experience. Chelsea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience in the field of mental health. Chelsea studied Sociology at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte North Carolina and obtained a master’s degree in social work at Norfolk State in Virginia. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, seniors, and families in various practice settings, such as psychiatric facilities, crisis stabilization/ substance abuse units, and outpatient agencies.

She specializes in working with individuals challenged with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Self-defeating thoughts, Communication, Boundary setting, Coping Skills, Parenting, and Life transitions. Chelsea is passionate about providing holistic modalities of treatment to assist clients to manage mental health. Pat is a licensed therapist with over two years of experience specializing in mood disorders and trauma. Holding degrees in Clinical Social Work and Music Therapy, she utilizes various evidence-based approaches to support clients in their healing process. Pat's treatment style is client-centered and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR techniques to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each individual. Previously, she worked in child welfare, private practice, forensic mental health, hospice, and palliative care.‍With a passion for supporting adult clients, Pat creates a safe, compassionate space where individuals can explore and address their challenges. She believes strongly in the importance of mental health for all, and aims to foster a collaborative environment focused on personal growth, resilience, and healing. Erica Cusick, DO

Dr. Erica Cusick is a board-certified psychiatrist at Talkiatry. She completed her undergraduate training at the University of Rochester and medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is committed to treating a wide range of mental health disorders and addressing the psychological and emotional challenges faced by adults of all ages. During her residency training at Allegheny General Hospital, Dr. Cusick developed a keen interest in the nuances of medication management, including drug interactions and side effects, ensuring accurate diagnoses, the mental health needs of women, identification of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in adults, and addressing mental health issues that may arise with concussions, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, Parkinson's Disease or dementia. Russell Silverberg, LMHC

Dr. Silverberg is a licensed counselor in Arizona, California, and Washington, and has been licensed since 2008.  Dr. Silverberg has extensive experience working in the mental health field with varied client demographics, helping clients with varied conditions including a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Historically, Dr. Silverberg attended the University of Delaware, majoring in psychology and minoring in cognitive science.  After a master’s degree from the University of Phoenix, he went on to complete a Doctor of Behavioral Health degree from Arizona State University in 2011.

Dr. Silverberg has an eclectic approach to mental health issues including pieces of ACT, CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing.  He believes in the mind-body connection and that both affect each other.

Ethan Bardell, LMHC

Dr. Triston Wong is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who emphasizes a collaborative approach and strong therapeutic alliance in the treatment of psychiatric conditions. Though his practice focuses on medication management, Dr. Wong advocates for a holistic approach to treatment. He may incorporate elements of various psychotherapies, including supportive, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and insight-oriented therapy. Christopher Hoffman, MD

Dr. Christopher Hoffman is an American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology certified psychiatrist with three years of experience. Dr. Hoffman provides patient-centered treatment using medication management, supportive therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Typically, medication management appointments are 30 minutes, and therapy appointments are 45 minutes. Psychotherapy slots with Dr. Hoffman are limited, so he often brings another therapist to the treatment team. Since graduating from psychiatry residency in 2019, Dr. Hoffman served in the Air Force as the sole psychiatrist, Medical Director, and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment program director at Edwards Air Force Base and has recently completed a fellowship in Forensic psychiatry.
