Stephanie McGee, LCMHC, received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College in Buffalo, NY, in 2011. She has provided outpatient therapy across a variety of settings, including ACTT services, group therapy focused on substance use, and individual therapy. Stephanie is passionate about creating a safe, unbiased, and nonjudgmental space where patients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Cherie McCarthy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with experience working across a wide range of populations. Early in her career, she served as an addictions specialist in high schools, prisons, and intensive outpatient and residential settings. Cherie earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology from National University and completed her intern hours working with adolescents in foster care and adults with severe mental illness in community-based programs. Over the past four years, she has focused on mental and behavioral health in a telehealth setting, treating lower-acuity concerns such as anxiety, depression, panic, and adjustment disorders, along with trauma work using EMDR.

Cherie believes it is both a privilege and a responsibility to create a safe, supportive space where patients can clarify goals and develop aspirations. Her work emphasizes identifying barriers to success and examining unhelpful core beliefs, allowing patients to move toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Cherie spends the first one to two sessions gaining a clear understanding of where patients are coming from and where they would like to go. From there, she collaborates with patients to develop individualized goals, revisiting and refining them over time to support clarity, growth, and progress throughout therapy.

Melissa Racklin, LCSW

Melissa Racklin is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience. She works with individuals who have a wide variety of mental health challenges. Melissa helps individuals to work through symptoms that are holding them back and help them live a better, more fulfilling life.‍Melissa is experienced in the areas of panic disorders, generalized anxiety, OCD, phobias, separation anxiety. She particularly enjoys working with adults who are motivated to grow through the process of therapy. Melissa has worked extensively with clients who have depression, bipolar disorder, women's issues, ADHD, personality disorders, marital/relationship issues along with couples counseling, divorce, self-harm, adjustment disorders, and more. Melissa holds certification in clinical supervision as well as school social worker certification. And has training in red flags for suicidality.‍Melissa's approach is custom-tailored for each individual client. She has a supportive, genuine, and authentic style of treatment. Melissa is warm and empathic and strives to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment for her clients. Frank Miller, LPC

Frank Miller is a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience in a variety of mental health settings. Frank has worked in hospitals, community mental health care, a treatment center for clients struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, as well as providing individual outpatient therapy to a wide variety of clients.

Frank attended graduate school at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX, while working in the mental health field, earning a Masters degree in their Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program in 2019. Frank has provided individualized, client-focused therapy for adults and adolescents since that time, helping others to find purpose and meaning in their lives.

Frank utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Reality Therapy, depending on the client’s needs. Frank believes that we can all benefit from eliminating distorted thinking leading to negativity and self-defeat, and becoming more emotionally regulated, stress tolerant, and mindful, putting us back into the driver’s seat of our daily lives. We may then achieve the freedom to positively fulfill our needs, pursue our goals, and feel confident in our journey towards balance and peace of mind.
