Talkiatry Connect integrates with 30+ cloud-based EMRs, allowing providers to get started in minutes. Epic is not currently supported. Contact us to learn whether your EMR is compatible.

How long does it take to set up?

Is there a cost to my health system?

Setting up your organization typically takes one business day once all required information is received. After that, individual providers can start using Talkiatry Connect in about five minutes.

What happens after you submit a referral?

Once a referral is submitted, Talkiatry will reach out to the patient within 24 hours. After confirming their insurance eligibility, we’ll match them with clinicians who fit their needs and help schedule their first visit. Providers can track their progress at any time in the Talkiatry Connect panel, with referral status updates and clinical notes after every visit.

What updates will I see in the side panel?

The Talkiatry Connect side panel shows real-time updates throughout the referral process and patient journey, including:


  • When the referral is received
  • When we initiate patient outreach
  • When their first visit is scheduled

It also includes visit summaries and clinical notes, with patient consent.

Does Talkiatry Connect indicate insurance eligibility?

Is there a cost to my health system?

Talkiatry Connect provides an initial indication of whether the patient’s insurance is accepted. After the referral is submitted, Talkiatry confirms insurance eligibility. Providers can still submit a referral without initial insurance confirmation.
