Biography
Brandi Cihlar is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with more than 18 years of experience in mental health and addiction counseling. She earned her Ph.D. in counseling from George Washington University and has worked with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, and relationship challenges.
Brandi believes each person is the expert of their own story and brings strengths that can support healing and growth. She creates a safe, supportive space where patients can openly explore thoughts, emotions, and life challenges. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each patient’s unique goals and needs.
Brandi uses a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches depending on what works best for each individual. She helps patients identify patterns, gain insight, and develop practical strategies to improve well-being while supporting them through life transitions, trauma, addiction, stress, and relationship concerns.
