Biography
Latonia Johnson, LCSW, earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, with her master’s degree focused on Social Work with a concentration in Children and Families and Clinical Studies. She has provided behavioral modification services for adjudicated girls ages 12–18, delivered Multisystemic Therapy (MST) in an intensive outpatient setting for children and families, and provided outpatient therapy to children, adults, and couples across the lifespan.
Latonia values open, honest communication and strives to create a relaxed, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable having candid conversations about their goals. She incorporates humor when appropriate and uses an eclectic approach, integrating various therapeutic modalities to support each patient’s unique needs and progress.
Latonia believes treatment planning is a collaborative process. She works with patients to identify their goals, develop measurable treatment plans, and regularly review progress to ensure therapy remains focused and effective. She also provides therapeutic homework assignments to help patients continue working toward their goals between sessions.
