My treatment is specific to the individual, with a focus on modalities tailored to each person's challenges. I use an eclectic approach with a foundation in person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and trauma therapy, combined with somatic interventions such as mindfulness. I focus on mood disorders, trauma, situational adjustment disorders, and any life challenge that interferes with a client's happiness.

I am an integrative, client-centered, trauma-informed clinician and LPC-Supervisor who also provides supervision to LPC-Associates.

I begin by developing a clear understanding of each client's history, current concerns, strengths, and goals. Together, the client and I create individualized treatment goals aligned with the client's values, recovery needs, and life circumstances.
