Biography
Nicole Aldridge is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia, Texas, and South Carolina and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. She has experience as a school counselor and virtual psychotherapist working with adolescents and adults. Nicole earned dual M.S. degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Walden University and an Ed.D. from Nova Southeastern University. She is trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and person-centered therapy.
