Biography
I have worked in the mental health field for more than 20 years, with experience in outpatient community mental health, residential addiction programs, and child welfare and foster care settings. I have supported children, adults, and families navigating chronic and severe mental health conditions. I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology.
I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I meet clients where they are, respect their pace, and believe treatment works best when we collaborate to identify goals and determine what feels right for them.
During our initial session, I provide a listening ear and an open-minded approach as we begin building a therapeutic relationship. Together, we will explore your concerns, identify individual goals, and develop a treatment plan that reflects your needs, preferences, and pace.
