Biography
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia who works with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, neurodivergence, personality disorders, and dissociative disorders, including DID. I also have experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and value creating affirming, respectful care across identities and lived experiences.
I believe therapy should honor your autonomy, individuality, and capacity for growth rather than impose a predetermined idea of what healing should look like. My approach is person-centered, humanistic, relational, and trauma-informed, with care grounded in authenticity, empathy, respect, and genuine collaboration.
I take a warm, conversational, and straightforward approach, focusing on building a genuine connection while helping you better understand yourself, recognize patterns, and develop practical strategies that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life. We’ll work together to identify what fits your needs and goals.
