Biography
Danavette Linton is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II). She has experience providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families, as well as supporting individuals in residential treatment and medication-assisted treatment programs. She earned an Associate of Science in Community and Human Services, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is passionate about helping individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered as they work toward healing and growth.
Danavette provides a warm, supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment while offering honest, compassionate guidance. She values creating a safe space where individuals feel heard and respected. She works collaboratively to understand symptoms, identify goals, and build practical coping skills that support lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable.

Together, they develop a personalized treatment plan using person-centered, evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, grounding techniques, and solution-focused strategies. She regularly reviews progress, adjusts goals as needed, and helps individuals strengthen insight, emotional regulation, and healthy coping skills.
