Biography
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California and a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S) in Ohio, with telehealth registration in Florida. I have 15 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy across the lifespan in community mental health settings. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of New England and my Bachelor of Social Work from Wright State University.
I provide trauma-informed, client-centered, and strengths-based care. I specialize in supporting veterans and individuals experiencing suicidality, substance use, and complex mental health concerns. I value your strengths, experiences, and goals while creating a supportive space for meaningful change.
I work collaboratively to understand your concerns, identify goals, and develop practical strategies for progress. I use CBT, DBT skills, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy. My experience in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and stabilization helps me support you through periods of heightened distress while building coping skills, emotional regulation, healthier relationships, resilience, and sustained recovery.
