Biography
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an ADHD clinical services provider specializing in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating ADHD across age groups. I use evidence-based strategies and primarily cognitive-behavioral therapy with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am also Level 1 trained in Gottman Couples Therapy and hold certifications in ADHD clinical services, Women’s Mental Health, clinical trauma, trauma-focused CBT, and other trauma and couples approaches.
I am warm, empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely curious. My style is collaborative, directive, and constructive, with deep respect for each person’s experience. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space while helping you address emotional pain, strengthen relationships, manage symptoms, and work toward meaningful goals.
We begin with an intake to determine fit and understand your history, symptoms, daily functioning, and goals. Together, we develop an individualized treatment plan and I provide information about your diagnosis. We typically meet weekly, gradually tapering appointments as you make progress and achieve your goals.
