Biography
I value a collaborative, person-centered approach to care. I practice from a feminist, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent-affirming lens, creating a supportive and inclusive environment. I integrate mind-body, cognitive-behavioral, and attachment-based techniques tailored to each client's needs, helping individuals build insight, establish routines, and develop skills for a more balanced and fulfilling life. I specialize in helping adults navigate ADHD, anxiety, and burnout in today's fast-paced, digitally overloaded world.
I begin by exploring clients' strengths and challenges, both past and present, while identifying meaningful goals for the future. I collaborate with clients, and when appropriate, psychiatrists, to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each person's unique priorities and support lasting growth.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who began providing therapy in 2011. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have worked in private practice, residential, county, and school settings as both a therapist and supervisor.
