Biography
I have over 16 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and youth across outpatient, inpatient, residential, and community settings. I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, with a master’s in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College and a bachelor’s in Psychology from Suffolk University. My background includes clinical supervision, trauma-informed care, behavioral health administration, and complex program design.
I value open communication, collaboration, and creating a warm, grounded space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I focus on exploring the “why behind the what” to uncover underlying patterns and root causes. I work at a pace that feels safe and comfortable, using insight, practical strategies, and shared decision-making to support meaningful, lasting change.
I begin by understanding your history, concerns, strengths, and goals. Early sessions focus on building rapport, identifying core issues, and clarifying what you hope to achieve. Together, we develop an individualized plan that balances insight-oriented exploration with practical strategies. I regularly check in on progress and adjust treatment as needed, keeping the process structured yet flexible and focused on long-term well-being.
