Biography
I am an LPC with over 16 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in mental health agencies, hospitals, and private practice. I earned a Master of Education in Community Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders.
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your experiences, build resilient coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change. I use evidence-based Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral approaches, with a focus on anxiety, depression, autism, and PTSD.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I begin by getting to know you, understanding your experiences, and identifying your concerns and goals. Together, we explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. At a comfortable pace, we develop practical skills to manage challenges, shift unhelpful patterns, and support lasting change.
